ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS
Note: The wheel kit is not intended for over-the-road use.
1. Place the unit on a flat, hard surface.
2. Standing at the rear of the unit (generator end), tilt the unit forward and place wooden blocks beneath the frame.
This will allow space to install the wheel assembly.
3. Secure the wheel bracket axle weldment (PN 26084B) to the frame of the unit with the included hardware.
Tighten the hardware completely .
4. Slide the wheels on to the ends of the bracket and secure with the included cotter pins, bending the ends to
prevent the pins from falling out of the axle. To avoid personal injury, be sure the ends of the cotter pins are not
sticking out.
5. Remove the wooden blocks.
ASSEMBLING THE LEG AND HANDLE
1. Attach the handle by aligning handle holes with those on the frame of the unit. Secure the handle to the frame
with the hardware provided. Tighten the nylock nuts, so the threads are protruding through the nut. Making sure
not to over tighten the nuts. The handle should pivot freely without sticking or binding.
2. Lift the unit using the handle and place wooden blocks under the unit.
3. Secure the front leg bracket (PN 26085B) with the hardware provided.
4. Remove the wooden blocks. Lower the unit to the ground.
