• This unit is only IPX5 waterproof when the access
door is closed. When connecting a device avoid water getting inside the waterproof compartment. Water in the waterproof compartment may damage this unit, cause electrical shock or fire.
• To prevent a short circuit never put or leave any
metallic objects or unconnected 3.5mm or USB cables inside the unit.
• Use the proper power supply. This product is designed
for operation with a negative grounded 12V DC sys­tem only. Never operate this product with other power supplies, especially a 24V DC. If the product is used with the improper power supply it may cause a fire.

Button Locations and Functions

1. Power and Mode Button: Power Button: Press to turn the entertainment
center on. Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to turn the unit off.
Mode Button: Press to select between input
sources:
Radio: FM tuner. IPOD: 30-pin connector. (Can be selected
only when connected to a device). Aux in 1: 3.5mm jack. Aux in 2: Rear RCA connectors. Bluetooth: Wireless connectivity.
2. Random Button (RDM): Press the button
for
random controls in IPOD and Bluetooth modes.

Press the button for
repeat controls in IPOD and Bluetooth modes.
4. Play/Pause Button (
):
Radio or Auxiliary Mode: Press to mute the
audio.
IPOD or Bluetooth Mode: Press to pause
playback.

Select Button: Press to toggle between: bass,
treble, balance, fader, equalizer, area, loudness
and local/distance settings.
6. Track Buttons: Radio Mode: Press for automatic seek up or
seek down of radio stations. Press and hold to activate manual tuning.
IPOD or Bluetooth Mode: Press to select the
next or previous tracks.
7. Volume: Press to increase or decrease the
volume level

8. Door Release Handle: Lift up on the door
handle to open the door.

Display Area: This area displays mode infor-
mation, in the radio mode the radio frequency and in IPOD and supported Bluetooth modes song information is displayed.
10.
3.5mm Jack: Plug a cable into the 3.5mm jack
then into a device (MP3 player or phone) with
a 3.5mm socket. The unit will not control the
device, it simply allows the audio to be played through the system.
11. Interior Light: When the unit is turned on the
LEDs will automatically illuminate the interior compartment.
12. Reset/Pair Button (Reset): Press to reset the
microprocessor or pair a wireless remote.

USB Charging Socket: To charge a device plug
the cable into the USB socket then into the device.
Note: The unit will not control the device. The
cable will not transfer audio into the entertain­ment center.
14. Mounting Straps: Holds your device securely
inside the unit.
15. 30-pin Connector for Apple Products: Plug
the 30-pin connector in an IPOD, ITOUCH or
IPHONE. Use the track button to select the desired song.
Remote Control Button Locations and Functions (Optional)
1.
Display Area: This area displays mode infor-
mation, in the radio mode the radio frequency is dis
played.
2. Random Button (RDM): Press the button for
random controls in IPOD and Bluetooth mode.
3. Power and Mode Buttons: Wired Remote Controller’s Power Button:
Press to turn the entertainment center on. Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to turn the unit off.
Wireless Remote Controller’s Power Button:
Press to turn on the entertainment center on. Press again to turn the unit off.

Note 1: The wireless remote controller’s display
will disappear after approximately 30 seconds of
no button activity to conserve it’s battery. Press
any button on the remote controller and the LCD display will be restored.
Note 2: When the main unit is turned off, the
wireless remote controller’s display will disappear to conserve it’s battery. Press any button on the remote controller to restore the remote’s display. Then press the
button to turn on the entertain-
ment center.

General Operations
Power On:
Press the / MODE button to turn the entertain­ment center on.
Power Off:
Press and hold the / MODE button for 2 sec­onds to turn the unit off.
Selecting a Play Source:
Press the MODE button to select between input
sources. The source will appear in the display.
Radio: FM tuner.
IPOD: 30-pin connector. (Can be selected only when a device is connected).

Equalizer (EQ):
Select the Equalizer mode by pressing the SEL button until “DSP OFF” appears in the display. To change the equalizer setting press the
VOL
but-
ton. Select between: Flat, Pop, Jazz, Rock, Classic and Equalizer Off (DSP OFF).
Note: When an Equalizer setting is selected (Flat, Pop, Jazz, Rock or Classic) both the Bass and Treble mode will become inactive and can not be selected. To change the bass and treble settings set the Equalizer to “DSP OFF”.
Loudness:
Loudness will boost high and low tones at low
volume levels. To turn on Loudness
press the
SEL button until “LOUD OFF” appears in the dis­play. Press the
VOL
button and “LOUD ON”
will appear in the display
. Loudness mode is now
activated.
Sound Controls (Continued)
Bass:
Select the Bass mode by pressing the SEL button and “BAS 0” will appear in the display. Increase the Bass by pressing the VOL button. Decrease the Bass by pressing the VOL button.
Bass, Treble, Balance, Fader and Equalizer Control
Select the desired sound mode by pressing the SEL button. The modes will be displayed in the following order: Bass, Treble, Balance, Fader, Equalizer, Area Setting, Loudness, Distance/Local and Volume. After
5 seconds of inactivity control reverts back to volume control.
Treble:
Select the Treble mode by pressing the SEL button until “TRE 0” appears in the display. Increase the Treble by pressing the

the Treble by pressing the
VOL
button.
Balance:
Select the Balance mode by pressing the SEL button until “BAL L=R” appears in the display. Adjust the Balance to the right speakers by press­ing the
VOL
button. Adjust the Balance to the
left speakers by pressing the

Fader:

Mute:
Press the
button to mute the volume level.
Press the button again to restore the volume. Note: If the unit is in either the IPOD or Bluetooth
mode pressing the button will pause play­back. Press the button again will resume playback.
Using an IPHONE or IPOD
Inserting an IPHONE or IPOD into Docking Station:
1. Open the waterproof door.
2. Remove the 30-pin connector from its
recessed area.
3.
Plug the 30-pin connector into the Apple device.
4.
Secure the Apple device with the mounting straps.
5.
Close the waterproof door
.
Note 1: If your Apple device uses a lightning connector a lightning adapter will plug into the 30-pin connector and will allow you to operate the device normally.
Note 2: If you use the USB cable that came with your Apple device and plug it into the Charge
Only socket it will only charge the Apple device.
Operating an IPHONE or IPOD:
Selecting the IPOD Mode:
Press the MODE button until “IPOD” appears in the display.
Note 1: The unit will automatically switch to the
“IPOD” mode when the IPHONE or IPOD is ini­tially connected to the 30-pin connector.
Note 2: The display will show Track/Elapsed Time, Title, Artist and Album.

Using an IPHONE or IPOD
Changing the Track:
Press the
TRACK button to select a higher
track. Press the
TRACK button to select a
lower track.
Random Play Selection:
The default setting is the Random feature is off.
Random Track Selection:
To randomly play tracks press the RDM button until “RDM TRK” appears in the display. The
tracks will now play in a random order.
Random Album Selection:
To randomly play albums press the RDM button until “RDM TRK” appears in the display. Press
the RDM button again until “RDM ABM” appears in the display. The albums will now play in ran­dom order.
Cancelling Random Play:
To cancel random play keep pressing the RDM button until “RDM OFF” appears in the display.
Repeat Play Selection:
The default setting is the Repeat feature is off.
Repeat Track Selection:
To repeatedly play a track press the RPT but- ton until “RPT ONE” appears in the display. The track will play repeatedly.
Repeat Album Selection:
To repeatedly play all tracks press the RPT button until “RPT ONE” appears in the display.
Press the RPT button again until “RPT ALL” appears in the display. All the tracks will play repeatedly.
Cancelling Repeat Play:
To cancel repeat play keep pressing the RPT button until “RPT OFF” appears in the display.

Using an IPHONE or IPOD
Lingo Modes:
Lingo Mode 4 (default): Devices with iOS 6.1 software
or higher the touch screen for music is active. Devices with non-iOS or older versions of iOS software, the touch screen for music is inactive. In lingo mode 4
song information will be shown in the LCD display. Lingo Mode 2: Devices with non-iOS or older versions
of iOS software the touch screen is active. In lingo mode 2 song information will not be display. Only play, pause and track buttons are active.
Changing the Lingo Mode:
1. Press and hold the SEL button until “LINGO
4” appears in the display.
2. Press the VOL
button and “LINGO 2”
appears in the display.
3.
Press the SEL button to confirm your selec-
tion. The non-iOS software device can now be
directly accessed.
Using a Device with 3.5mm Audio Output
Inserting a Device with 3.5mm Audio Output Jack into Docking Station:
1. Open the waterproof door.
2. Plug a 3.5mm cable (not supplied) into the
docking station and then into the device.
3.
Plug a USB cable (not supplied) into the dock­ing station and then into the device.
4.
Secure the device with the mounting straps
.
5.
Close the waterproof door
.
Note 1: The USB cable does not have to be
connected for proper operation. Connecting the USB cable will only charge the device. No data transfer will occur. Note 2: If cables are not being used remove the cable from the waterproof compartment.
Selecting the Input Mode:
1. Press the MODE button until “AUX IN1”
appears in the display.
2. Use the controls on the entertainment center
to adjust the volume.
Note 1: The unit will not automatically switch to “AUX IN1” mode when the device is initially connected to the 3.5mm cable. Select “AUX IN1”
using the MODE button.
Note 2: The entertainment center will not control
the device it just allows for the audio from the device to play through the entertainment center.
Note 3: For optimum sound quality make sure the media volume on the device is set at 75% or greater.

Bluetooth Operation
Pairing Bluetooth Devices:
1. Open the Bluetooth setup program on the mobile
device and activate the Bluetooth feature.
2.
Press the button to turn on the entertainment center.
3. From you mobile device scan for available devices.
Select ”AQUAVIBE” to connect to the unit.
4.
When the mobile device has been paired “ ”
will
appear in the entertainment center’s display
.
5.
Press the MODE button until “BT AUDIO” appears in the display. Bluetooth audio from your mobile device can now be played through the entertainment center.
Note 1: A previously paired Bluetooth mobile device will automatically connect to the entertainment center
when “BT AUDIO” is selected using the
MODE button
(if it is within range). Note 2: If the Bluetooth mobile device is already
paired with the entertainment center, select
“AQUAVIBE” on your phone and touch “Connect”.
Bluetooth Operation:
Note: Devices with AVRCP 1.3 or above will display text,
all other device will simply show “BT AUDIO”
Play/Pause Button:
Press the button to pause the
Bluetooth playback. Press again to resume playback.
Note: The Entertainment Center display will not show the playback is pause. The mobile device will
show that the playback is paused.
Changing the Track:
Press the
TRACK button to select a higher track.
Press the
TRACK button to select a lower track.
Sound Controls: Use the sound controls on the main
unit to adjust the volume and sound quality. Note: For optimum sound quality make sure the
media volume on the device is set at 75% or greater.
Random Controls:
Press the RDM button for random
controls. Selecting “RDM ON” will randomly play tracks. Selecting “RDM OFF” will cancel random play.
Repeat Controls:
Press the RPT button for repeat
controls. Selecting “RPT ONE” will repeatedly play a track. Selecting “RPT ALL” will repeatedly play all the tracks. Selecting “RPT OFF” will cancel repeat play.
External Rear Audio Input
Selecting the Input Mode:
1. Press the MODE button until “AUX IN2” appears in the display.
2. Use the controls on the entertainment center to
adjust the volume.
Note 1: The entertainment center will not control the
device it just allows for the audio from the device to play through the entertainment center.
Note 2: For optimum sound quality make sure the media volume on the device is set at 75% or greater.
Note: During Bluetooth audio streaming the multi-media device (IPHONE/smart phone) can be placed in the dock and charged by the USB socket.

Radio Operations
Manually Tuning in a Radio Station:
Press and hold the TRACK button until “MANUAL” appears in the display. Then press the TRACK button to manually tune to a higher radio station or press the TRACK button to manually tune to a lower radio station.
Note: After 5 seconds of inactivity control reverts
back to scan tuning. “AUTO” will be displayed in
the LCD.
Tuning in a Radio Station Using Seek:
Press the TRACK button and the tuner will seek up to the next strong station and stop seek­ing, then start playing.
Press the TRACK button and the tuner will seek down to the next strong station and stop seeking, then start playing.
Selecting the FM Radio Mode:
Press the MODE button until “RADIO” appears in the display. After a brief moment “FM” will appear in the display along with the radio frequency.

Distance/Local Reception Operation:
When scanning for station to eliminate weaker fringe stations change the radio reception from Distance (DX) to Local (LOCAL).
1.
To switch from distance to local reception press
the SEL button until “DX” appears in the display.
2. Press the VOL button and
“LOCAL” will
appear in the display.
Note: The unit will leave feature programing after
5 seconds of no button activity.
Stereo/Mono Operation:
Note: “ST” will appear in the display when a FM
stereo station is being received.
For weaker FM stereo stations selecting mono reception usually improves reception.

To switch from stereo to mono reception press
the SEL button until “STEREO” appears in the display.
2. Press the VOL button and
“MONO” will
appear in the display.
Note: The unit will leave feature programing after
5 seconds of no button activity.
Switching from US to Europe Radio Tuning
Note: Do not change if using in North America.

Reset
Resetting the System:
To reset the microprocessor to the original
factory settings use a ball point pen and press the RESET button located in the interior of the waterproof compartment.
Inserting a Battery into Remote Controller
Inserting a Battery:
1.
Use a coin to unlock the battery cover.
2. Insert the battery with the + side of the battery facing up.
3. Replace the battery cover and use a coin to lock the battery cover making sure it locks into place.
Note: When the text in the LCD is dim, replace the battery.
Programming a Wireless Remote Controller
Programming a Wireless Remote Controller:
1. To pair the wireless remote with the dock
push and hold the MODE button on the
remote controller until “PAIR” appears in it’s
display
2. While still holding the MODE button on the wireless remote controller, press the RESET
button in the interior of the waterproof com­partment to pair the devices.
3. If the pairing is successful, the dock will restart and “PAIR” will disappear from the remote’s display. Release the MODE button on the remote controller

Installation
Installing Entertainment Center
1. Use the template included to determine the best location for the entertainment center.
Note: The mounting location needs to be a flat
surface.
2. Cut out the mounting hole and drill pilot holes for the screws.
3. Mount the entertainment center using the pro­vided screws. Make sure to tighten the screws equally to create a waterproof seal. Note: If the surface is uneven like wood, use silicone to create a waterproof seal between the uneven surface and the entertainment center.
4. Install the screw covers.

Installing Wired Remote (Optional)
1. Install mounting studs into rear of remote con­troller. Hand tighten the studs only.
2. Cut a 2-1/8” hole.
3. Insert cable from remote controller through the hole and then mounting bracket.
4. Slide mounting bracket onto mounting studs.
5. Screw the wing nuts onto the studs and hand tighten them against the mounting bracket. Do not use pliers to tighten the wing nuts. Note: If the surface is uneven like wood, use silicone to create a waterproof seal between the uneven surface and the remote control.

Magnadyne Corporation or its authorized agents will within one year from the date of sale
to you, repair, replace or refund the retail sales price of said product or any part thereof, at
the option of the Magnadyne Corporation or its authorized agents, if said product or part
is found defective in materials or workmanship, when properly connected and operating
on the correct power requirements designated for the specific product. This warranty and Magnadyne Corporation or its authorized agent’s obligations hereunder do not apply where
the product was; damaged while in the possession of the consumer, subjected to unrea-
sonable or unintended use, not reasonably maintained, utilized in commercial or industrial operations, or serviced by anyone other than Magnadyne Corporation or its authorized
agents, or where the warning seal on the product is broken or the power and/or plugs
are detached from the unit. Magnadyne Corporation or any of its authorized agents will
not assume any labor costs for the removal and reinstallation of any product found to be
defective, or the cost of transportation to Magnadyne Corporation or its authorized agents.
Such cost are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty does not cover the cabinet appearance items or accessories used in con­nection with this product, or any damage to recording or recording tape, or any damage to the products resulting from improper installation, alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or acts of nature.
