FRANCE et BELGIQUE . Pour bénécier de la garantie, vous devez pré senter la preuve d’achat originale. Cette garantie exclut les dommag es résultant: de chute ou choc, d ’un usage ou d’un entretien incorrec t
non conforme au mod e d’emploi (en particulier: de l’absence de dé tartrage ou d’un détartr age non conforme), de la modication ou la réparation no n autorisée du produit, d’événements ex térieurs (incendie,
inondation,…), d’une usure normale, d’un usage professionnel. Le s produits de remplacement ou les pièces réparée s seront exclusivement garanties pour la par t non expirée de la garantie initiale ou pendant six
mois, la durée retenue étant la plus lo ngue. Cette garantie est valable uniquement dans le p ays d’achat ou dans d’autres pays o ù Magimix vend et entretient le même modèle, avec des sp écications techniques
identiques. Sauf dans la me sure où cela est prévu par la législation en vigueur, les condition s de cette garantie limitée n’excluent, ni ne rest reignent, ni ne modient les droits légaux obligatoire s relatifs à votre
achat du produit, voire y sont comp lémentaires. La garantie s’applique y compris en cas d’utilisation de c apsules autres que de marque Nespresso, sauf si le dommage ou le dysfonc tionnement constaté a été

Nespresso mer k, tenzij de schade of de storing veroor zaakt werd door het gebruik van deze ca psules. In geval van geschil, zal het aan Magimi x zijn om te bewijzen dat de schade of de storing veroor zaakt werd

B. Vanaf de aankoopdatum heef t u 2 jaar garantie op de onderdelen en op het arbeidslo on van het apparaat. Van deze garantie is uitgesloten, sc hade tengevolge van: vallen of stoten, verkeerde behandeling,
niet overeenkomstig de gebruiksaanwijzing, reparatie uitgevoerd door onbevoegde personen, onvoldoende onderhoud of reiniging, externe gebeurtenissen (brand, overs troming enz.), beroepsmatig gebruik.
