This manual contains Safety Instructions, as well as Installation and Operating Instructions. Please
carefully read this manual before using your meat grinder for instructions on how to use and maintain
the product properly. Be sure to follow the safety instructions to avoid injury or damage to the
product.
Keep this manual. When passing on/selling the device to a third party, the manual must be handed
over along with the device.
Before calling for service, please make sure unit is installed and being used correctly.
WARNING: When using your appliance, follow the precautions listed below:

1. The appliance is intended for indoor use only. DO NOT use outdoors.
2. This appliance is for household use only. It is not intended for commercial applications.
3. This appliance should not be operated by anyone that is not able to follow proper safety
procedures or does not have experience with this type of equipment, unless under supervision.
4. DO NOT allow children to operate or play with the appliance.
5. DO NOT use where children can reach the appliance or the cord.
6. Before using, check that the voltage of wall outlet corresponds to the rating plate.
7. DO NOT operate any appliance that has a damaged cord or plug; or if the unit is damaged or
malfunctions in any way. Contact customer service or a service technician.
8. ALWAYS turn off and unplug from outlet before servicing, changing accessories or cleaning the
unit. Allow the unit to completely stop running before adding or removing parts or accessories.
9. DO NOT use your finger or anything other than the Pusher to push ingredients down the feed
tube while the meat grinder is running.
10. DO NOT ever reach into the cutter housing. Always use the Pusher.
11. DO NOT attempt to grind bones, nuts or other hard items.
12. DO NOT leave the appliance unattended while it is in use or plugged in.
13. DO NOT immerse the appliance or power cord into water or any other liquids. Use only a moist
cloth to clean the motor unit.
14. ALWAYS unplug the appliance immediately after use.
15. Thoroughly clean the parts that will come into contact with food before you use the appliance
for the first time.
16. The use of accessories not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
17. DO NOT let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
18. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other). This plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not
fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, try a different outlet or contact a
qualified electrician. DO NOT attempt to modify the plug in any way.

19. DO NOT attempt to open any part of the base to repair. This product has no user serviceable
parts. Contact customer service for assistance.
20. DO NOT scrape food from grinding disc with fingers. Injury may occur.

BEFORE USE
Before using your meat grinder, it is important to make sure that you are familiar with, and have, all
the parts. Hand wash all parts and accessories in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Set the meat grinder on a level, stable surface, close enough to a power outlet for the cord to easily
reach. Attach any accessories you will use before plugging the unit in.
Please be aware that the meat grinder is equipped
with a built in circuit breaker that will shut the
unit off in the event of a current overload. If the
appliance suddenly stops running, please follow
these instructions to reset it:
1. Pull the plug from the electrical outlet.
2. Allow the appliance to cool.
3. Plug the cord back in.
4. Press the On/Off button to turn the meat
grinder OFF.
5. Press the circuit breaker reset button on the
bottom of the grinder.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
GRINDING MEAT
1. Insert the Worm Shaft into the Cutter Housing plastic gear end first.
2. Fit the square hole of the Cutter Blade over the squared end of the worm shaft, so that the edges
of the blades are towards the front of the assembly.
3. Based on what coarseness of a grind you desire, fit the appropriate grinding disc on the end of
the worm shaft. Make sure the notch in the disc lines up with the projection at the bottom of
Cutter Housing.
4. Affix the Screw Ring on the end of the Cutter Housing and turn until it is securely fastened in
place.
5. Line the Cutter Housing assembly up with the Motor Unit so the top is just to the right of center.
Push into place and turn counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
6. Place the tray on the upright part of the Cutter Housing assembly. The meat grinder is ready for
use.

MAKING SAUSAGE
1. Grind the meat.
2. Insert the Worm Shaft into the Cutter Housing plastic gear end first.
3. Place the Separator in the cutter housing. Make sure the notch in the disc lines up with the
projection at the bottom of Cutter Housing.
4. Place the Sausage Horn on the end of the assembly and screw on the Ring.
5. Line the Cutter Housing assembly up with the Motor Unit so the top is just to the right of center.
Push into place and turn counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
6. Place the tray on the upright part of the Cutter Housing assembly. The meat grinder is ready for
making sausage.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
CLEANING THE MEAT GRINDER
1. Turn the grinder off and unplug from the outlet.
2. Press the Release Button on the front of the meat grinder to remove the Cutter Housing.
3. Unscrew the Ring to remove all the parts from the Cutter Housing.
4. Wipe out any meat left inside the housing assembly. Hand wash all parts in hot, soapy water.
NOTE: DO NOT put any parts of the meat grinder in the dishwasher.
5. Dry all the parts immediately.
6. Lubricate the Worm Shaft, Grinding Discs, and Cutter with a food safe oil.
NOTE: The Separator and Sausage Horn (parts N & O) can be stored inside the food pusher when
the grinder is not in use.

LIMITED WARRANTY
MC Appliance Corporation warrants each new Meat Grinder to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and agrees to
remedy any such defect or to furnish a new part(s), at the company’s option, for any part(s) of the unit that has failed during the
warranty period. Parts and labor expenses are covered on this unit for a period of one year from the date of purchase. A copy of
the dated sales receipt/invoice is required to receive warranty service, replacement or refund.
This warranty covers appliances in use within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. This warranty does not
cover the following:
•Damages due to shipping damage or improper installation.
•Damages due to misuse or abuse.
•Content losses due to failure of the unit.
•Repairs performed by unauthorized service agents.
•Service calls that do not involve defects in material and workmanship such as instructions on proper use of the
product or improper installation.
•Replacement or resetting of house fuses or circuit breakers.
•Failure of this product if used for other purposes than its intended purpose.
•Disposal costs for any failed unit not returned to our factory.
•Any delivery/installation costs incurred as the result of a unit that fails to perform as specified.
•Expenses for travel and transportation for product service if your appliance is located in a remote area where
service by an authorized service technician is not available.
•The removal and reinstallation of your appliance if it is installed in an inaccessible location or is not installed in
accordance with published installation instructions.
•Refunds for non repairable products are limited to the price paid for the unit per the sales receipt.
•This warranty is non transferable. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to any
subsequent owner(s).
Limitations of Remedies and Exclusions:
Product repair in accordance with the terms herein, is your sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty. Any and all
implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby limited to one year or the shortest
period allowed by law. MC Appliance Corporation is not liable for incidental or consequential damages and no representative or
person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of this product. Under no circumstances is
the consumer permitted to return this unit to the factory without the prior written consent of MC Appliance Corporation.
Some states prohibit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on implied warranties.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
