HITEMP140-CF

High Temperature Data Logger

The HiTemp140-CF securely attaches via MadgeTech Canning Fitting to jars, cans or other
containers, allowing the probe to measure the heat penetration and temperature distribution of
pasteurized and retorted foods..

The HiTemp140-CF can withstand temperatures up to 140 °C (284 °F), making it ideal for use in a
variety of canning applications, in a wide range of industries and environments.
