Störungen:
Andere Aldehyde wie z.B. Acetaldehyd oder Glutaraldehyd reagieren erst bei höheren Kon- zentrationen und zeigen dabei eine von der Farbskala abweichende Verfärbung des Test- feldes. Mit Aceton erfolgt keine Reaktion. Einen Minderbefund beobachtet man in Gegen- wart starker Oxidations- und Reduktionsmittel.
Anmerkung:
Zeigen die Teststäbchen einen Wert von 200 mg/L Formaldehyd an, so können auch höhere Konzentrationen vorhanden sein. In diesem Fall empfehlen wir eine schrittweise Verdünnung mit Wasser bis der Formaldehydgehalt im Messbereich des Testpapieres liegt. Bei der Ge-
haltsangabe Verdünnungsfaktor berücksichtigen.
Entsorgung:
Gebrauchte Teststäbchen zur Sondermüll-Entsorgung geben.
Lagerbedingungen:
Teststäbchen vor Sonnenlicht und Feuchtigkeit schützen. Dose kühl und trocken aufbewah- ren (Lagertemperatur 4–30 °C). Bei sachgemäßer Lagerung ist das Testkit bis zum aufgedruckten Verfallsdatum haltbar.

3. Shake carefully.
4. Dip the test strip into the test solution for 1 second.
5. Shake off excess liquid.
6. After exactly 60 seconds, compare the test fi eld with the color scale.
Interferences:

QUANTOFIX® Formaldehyde
Pack content:
1 aluminium container with 100 test strips 2 bottles Formaldehyde-1 1 measuring vessel with 5mL mark
Safety precautions:
Formaldehyde-1 contains sodium hydroxide solution 20–55 % CAS 1310-73-2. DAN- GER Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Do not breathe vapors. Wear protective gloves / eye protection. IF SWALLOWED: rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove / Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/ shower. IF INHALED: Remove to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
General indications:
Remove only as many test strips as are required. Close the container immediately after removing a strip. Do not touch the test fi eld.

Inhalt:

Sicherheitsratschläge:
Formaldehyd-1 enthält Natronlauge 20–55 % CAS 1310-73-2. GEFAHR Verursacht schwe­re Verätzungen der Haut und schwere Augenschäden. Dampf nicht einatmen. Schutzhand­schuhe / Augenschutz tragen. BEI VERSCHLUCKEN: Mund ausspülen. KEIN Erbrechen herbeiführen. BEI BERÜHRUNG MIT DER HAUT (oder dem Haar): Alle beschmutzten, getränkten Kleidungsstücke sofort ausziehen. Haut mit Wasser abwaschen / duschen. BEI EINATMEN: An die frische Luft bringen und in einer Position ruhigstellen, die das Atmen er­leichtert. BEI KONTAKT MIT DEN AUGEN: Einige Minuten lang behutsam mit Wasser spü­len. Vorhandene Kontaktlinsen nach Möglichkeit entfernen. Weiter ausspülen.
Allgemeine Hinweise:
Stets nur notwendige Anzahl Teststäbchen entnehmen. Dose nach Entnahme sofort wieder verschließen. Testfeld nicht berühren.

1. Messgefäß mit der Prüfl ösung spülen und bis zur 5 mL Markierung füllen.
2. 10 Tropfen Formaldehyd-1 zugeben.
3. Kurz umschwenken.

Contenido :
1 tubo de aluminio con 100 tiras reactivas 2 frascos de formaldehído-1 1 vaso aforado con marca de 5mL
Precauciones de seguridad:
Formaldehído-1 contiene una solución de hidróxido de sodio 20–55 % CAS 1310-73-2. PE- LIGRO Provoca quemaduras graves en la piel y lesiones oculares. No respirar los vapores. Llevar guantes y gafas de protección. EN CASO DE INGESTIÓN: Enjuáguese la boca. NO provoque el vómito. EN CASO DE CONTACTO CON LA PIEL (o el pelo): Quítese inmedia- tamente las prendas contaminadas. Aclárese la piel con agua o dúchese. EN CASO DE INHALACIÓN: Transportar a la persona al exterior y mantenerla en reposo en una posición confortable para respirar. EN CASO DE CONTACTO CON LOS OJOS: Aclarar cuidadosa- mente con agua durante varios minutos. Quitar las lentes de contacto, si lleva y resulta fácil. Seguir aclarando.
Indicaciones generales:
Utilice sólo la cantidad necesaria de tiras. Una vez sacadas las tiras que se necesitan, cierre el tubo inmediatamente. No toque la almohadilla reactiva.
Instrucciones de uso:
1. Lave el vaso aforado con la solución problema y llénelo hasta la marca de 5mL.
2. Añada 10 gotas de formaldehído-1.
3. Agite brevemente.
4. Sumerja la tira reactiva por 1 segundo en la solución preparada.
5. Agite un poco para eliminar el exceso de líquido.
6. Después de exactamente 60 segundos, compare con la escala decolores.
Interferencias:
Otros aldehídos tales como el acetaldehído o el glutaraldehído interfi eren sólo en altas con- centraciones causando una desviación del color de la almohadilla reactiva. En presencia de acetona, no se produce ninguna reacción. Los agentes oxidantes y reductores interfi eren llevando a resultados inferiores de los reales.
Nota:
Aún cuando la concentración de formaldehído sobrepase los 200 mg/L, éste será el valor máximo indicado por la tira reactiva. En tal caso, recomendamos diluir paulatinamente la muestra con agua hasta que el contenido de formaldehído se encuentre dentro del rango de medición de la tira. Al calcular el contenido de formaldehído deberá tomarse en cuenta el factor de dilución.
Eliminación:
Elimine las tiras usadas en un punto de recogida pública de residuos especiales o peligro- sos.
Almacenamiento:
Protéjanse las tiras de la luz solar y de la humedad. Guárdese el envase en un lugar fresco y seco, a una temperatura 4–30 °C. Estando almacenadas correctamente, el kit puede usarse hasta la fecha de vencimiento que consta en el envase.

Conseils de sécurité :

Porter des gants de protection / un équipement de protection des yeux. EN CAS D’INGESTION : rincer la bouche. NE PAS faire vomir. EN CAS DE CONTACT AVEC LA PEAU (ou les cheveux) : enlever immédiatement les vêtements contaminés. Rincer la peau à l’eau / se doucher. EN CAS D’INHALATION : transporter la victime à l’extérieur et la maintenir au repos dans une position où elle peut respirer confortablement. EN CAS DE CONTACT AVEC LES YEUX : rincer avec précaution à l’eau pendant plusieurs minutes. Enlever les lentilles de contact si la victime en porte et si elles peuvent être facilement enle­vées. Continuer à rincer.
Remarques générales :
Prélever seulement le nombre de languettes test nécessaires. Refermer la boîte immédiate­ment après. Eviter de toucher la zone de test.
Mode d’emploi :
1. Rincer le récipient gradué avec la solution d’essai et le remplir jusqu’à la marque de graduation à 5 mL.
2. Ajouter 10 gouttes de formaldéhyde-1.
3. Agiter brièvement.
4. Immerger la languette test dans la solution d’essai préparée pendant 1 seconde.
5. Eliminer l’excédent de liquide en secouant.
6. Après exactement 60 secondes, comparer la zone de test avec l’échelle colorimétrique.
Interférences:
D’autres aldéhydes comme par ex. l’acétaldéhyde ou le glutaraldéhyde réagissent seule­ment dans des concentrations importantes avec une coloration de la zone de test qui diffère de l’échelle colorimétrique. Il ne se produit aucune réaction avec l’acétone. On observe un résultat inférieur à la valeur réelle en présence d’oxydants et de réducteurs puissants.
Nota bene:
Si les languettes test indiquent une concentration de formaldéhyde de 200 mg/L, il se peut alors que la concentration réelle soit plus élevée. Nous recommandons dans ce cas une dilution progressive avec de l’eau jusqu’à ce que la teneur en formaldéhyde ainsi obtenue corresponde au domaine de mesure du papier réactif. La concentration de formaldéhyde doit ensuite être indiquée compte tenu du facteur de dilution.
Elimination :
Eliminez les languettes test utilisées avec les déchets dangereux.
Conservation et stabilité :
Ne pas exposer les languettes test à la lumière du soleil ni à l’humidité. Conserver la boîte dans un endroit frais et sec (température de stockage 4–30 °C). Dans la mesure ou les consignes énoncées sont respectées, le kit de test se conserve jusquà la date de péremption imprimée sur l’emballage.

Indicazioni generali:

Interferenze:
Altre aldeidi quali, ad esempio, l’acetaldeide o la glutaraldeide, reagiscono soltanto a con- centrazioni più elevate inducendo una colorazione della carta reattiva divergente rispetto alla scala cromatica. L’acetone non porta ad alcuna reazione. In presenza di ossidanti e ridu-
centi forti si ottengono risultati in difetto rispetto alla concentrazione effettivamente presente.
Note:
Qualora le strisce analitiche indicassero una concentrazione di formaldeide pari a 200 mg/L, il tenore della stessa potrebbe essere superiore al valore di cui sopra. In tal caso consiglia- mo una diluizione con acqua da eseguirsi in più passi fi no ad ottenere una concentrazione di formaldeide corrispondente ad un valore compreso nel range di misura della striscia analiti- ca. Per la determinazione del tenore considerare il fattore di diluizione.
Smaltimento:
Smaltire le strisce analitiche usate con i rifi uti speciali.

Veiligheidsadviezen:
Formaldehyde-1 bevat natronloog 20–55 % CAS 1310-73-2. GEVAAR eroorzaakt ernstige brandwonden en oogletsel. Damp niet inademen. Beschermende handschoenen / oog­bescherming dragen. NA INSLIKKEN: de mond spoelen – GEEN braken opwekken. BIJ CONTACT MET DE HUID (of het haar): verontreinigde kleding onmiddellij k uittrekken – huid met water afspoelen / afdouchen. NA INADEMING: in de frisse lucht brengen en laten rusten in een houding die het ademen vergemakkelij kt. BIJ CONTACT MET DE OGEN: voorzichtig afspoelen met water gedurende een aantal minuten; contactlenzen verwij deren, indien mo­gelij k; blij ven spoelen.
Algemene richtlij nen:
Neem telkens slechts het benodigde aantal teststrips uit de verpakking. Het blikje daarna onmiddellij k weer goed afsluiten. Testvelden niet aanraken.
Gebruiksaanwij zing:
1. Het maatglas spoelen met de testoplossing en vullen tot de markering van 5 mL.
2. 10 druppels formaldehyde-1 toevoegen.
3. Even schudden.
4. Het teststrips gedurende 1 seconde in de voorbereide testoplossing houden.
5. Schud de overtollige vloeistof eraf.
6. Na exact 60 seconden het testveld met de kleurenschaal vergelij ken.
Storingen:
Andere aldehyden zoals acetaldehyde of glutaaraldehyde reageren pas bij hogere concen­traties en geven daarbij een van de kleurenschaal afwij kende verkleuring van het testveld te zien. Met aceton volgt er geen reactie. Een verslechtering van het resultaat wordt waargeno­men in de buurt van sterke oxidatie- en reductiemiddelen.
Opmerking:
Als de teststrips een waarde van 200 mg/L formaldehyde laten zien, kunnen er ook hogere concentraties voorhanden zij n. In dat geval adviseren wij een stapsgewij ze verdunning met water tot het formaldehydegehalte binnen het meetbereik van het testpapier ligt. Houd bij de opgave van het gehalte rekening met de verdunningsfactor.
Verwij dering:
Gebruikte teststrips behandelen als chemisch afval.
Opslagcondities:
Bescherm de teststrips tegen zonlicht en vochtigheid. Het blikje koel en droog bewaren (op­slagtemperatuur 4–30 °C). Mits bewaard onder de juiste omstandigheden is de testkit tot aan de opgedrukte vervalda­tum houdbaar.
