Nach Zugabe des Zusatzreagenzes Fru/Glu-1 soll der pH-Wert der Probelösung zwischen 7,0 und 8,0 liegen. Zeigen die Teststäbchen einen Wert von über 800 mg/L an, so soll eine Verdünnung der Probe erfolgen bis der Gesamtzuckergehalt im Messbereich des Testpapieres liegt. Bei der Gehaltsangabe Verdünnungsfaktor beachten.

Entsorgung:

Die gebrauchten Analysenansätze können mit Leitungswasser über die Kanalisation der örtlichen Abwasserbehandlungsanlage zugeführt werden. Die gebrauchten Test- stäbchen in den Hausmüll geben.

Lagerbedingungen:

Teststäbchen vor Sonnenlicht und Feuchtigkeit schützen. Dose kühl und trocken aufbewahren (Lagertemperatur 2–8 °C). Bei sachgemäßer Lagerung ist das Testkit bis zum aufgedruckten Verfallsdatum haltbar.

General indications:

Remove only as many test strips as are required. Close the container immediately

after removing a strip. Do not touch the test eld, and protect them from light.

Instructions for use:

1. Mix 1 mL of sample with

3. Add 5 drops of Fru/Glu-1.

4. Mix by swirling the reaction vessel.

5. Dip test strip into the prepared test solution for 2 seconds.

6. Shake off excess liquid.

7. Compare the test eld with the colour scale after exactly 10 minutes.

The reaction colour of the test eld may continue to change after elapse of the reaction time. It is therefore important to perform the evaluation at the specied time in order

to achieve a correct result.

After addition of the reagent Fru/Glu-1, the pH of the sample solution should be between 7.0 and 8.0. QUANTOFIX

Total Sugar are test strips for semi-quantitative detection of the

monosaccharides fructose and glucose. QUANTOFIX® Total Sugar test strips are

suitable for reectometric evaluation with the QUANTOFIX

Relax (REF 913 46) as

well.

Pack content:

1 aluminium container with 100 test strips 1 bottle of Fru/Glu-1 1 measuring vessel with 10-mL calibration mark 2 syringes (1 mL and 10 mL)

QUANTOFIX der Monosaccharide (Einfachzucker) Fructose und Glucose. QUANTOFIX®

Gesamtzucker Teststäbchen sind auch geeignet zur reektometrischen Auswertung

mit dem QUANTOFIX

Inhalt:

1 Aluminiumdose mit 100 Teststäbchen 1 Flasche Fru/Glu-1 1 Messgefäß mit 10 mL Markierung 2 Spritzen (1 mL und 10 mL)

Sicherheitsratschläge:

Reagenz Fru/Glu-1 enthält Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethan 10–30 % CAS 77-86-1. ACHTUNG. Mit Kennzeichnungserleichterung nach CLP Anhang I Kap. 1.5.2.1. Für ausführliche Information können Sie ein Sicherheitsdatenblatt anfordern (siehe www.mn-net.com/MSDS).

Allgemeine Hinweise:

Stets nur notwendige Anzahl Teststäbchen entnehmen. Dose nach Entnahme sofort wieder verschließen. Testfelder nicht berühren und vor Licht schützen.

Gebrauchsanweisung:

1. 1 mL der Probe mit

2. 10 mL demineralisiertem Wasser versetzen.

3. 5 Tropfen Fru/Glu-1 zugeben.

4. Das Reaktionsgefäß umschwenken.

5. Teststäbchen 2 s in die vorbereitete Prüösung eintauchen.

6. Flüssigkeitsüberschuss abschütteln.

7. Nach genau 10 min das Testfeld mit der Farbskala vergleichen. Die Reaktionsfarbe des Testfeldes kann sich nach Ablauf der Reaktionszeit noch ändern. Es ist deshalb wichtig, die Bewertung zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt vorzunehmen, um korrekte Ergebnisse zu ermitteln.

Gesamtzucker sind Teststäbchen zum halbquantitativen Nachweis

Almacenamiento:

Protéjanse las tiras de la luz y de la humedad. Guárdese el envase en un lugar fresco y seco, a una temperatura entre 2 y 8 °C. Estando almacenadas correctamente, el kit puede usarse hasta la fecha de vencimiento que consta en el envase.

Après l’ajout du réactif Fru/Glu-1, le pH de la solution échantillon doit se situer entre

7,0 et 8,0. Si les languettes test indiquent une valeur supérieure à 800 mg/L, il convient alors de

diluer l’échantillon jusqu’à ce que la teneur en sucre total se situe dans le domaine de

mesure du papier réactif. Pour déterminer la concentration, tenir compte du facteur de dilution.

Elimination :

Après usage, les échantillons d’analyse peuvent être jetés à l’égout avec de l’eau du robinet et ainsi acheminés à la station locale de traitement des eaux usées. Après usage, les languettes test peuvent être jetés à la poubelle.

Conservation et stabilité :

Tenir les languettes test à l’abri de la lumière et de l’humidité. Conserver la boîte dans

un endroit frais et sec (température de stockage : entre 2 et 8 °C). Dans la mesure ou

Magazzinaggio e conservabilità:

Veiligheidsadviezen:

Reagens Fru/Glu-1 bevat tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethaan 10–30 % CAS 77-86-1. WAARSCHUWING. Met weglating van etiketteringselementen volgens de CLP-verordening bijlage I deel 1.5.2.1. Vraag voor uitvoerige informatie het veiligheidsinformatieblad aan (zie ook www.mn-net.com/MSDS).

Algemene richtlijnen:

Neem telkens slechts het benodigde aantal teststrips uit de verpakking. Het blikje daarna onmiddellijk weer goed afsluiten. Testvelden niet aanraken en beschermen tegen licht.

Gebruiksaanwijzing:

1. 1 mL van het monster met

2. 10 mL gedemineraliseerd water mengen.

3. 5 druppels Fru/Glu-1 toevoegen.

4. Het reageerbuisje schudden.

5. De teststrip 2 seconden in de voorbereide testoplossing houden.

6. Schud de overtollige vloeistof eraf.

7. Na exact 10 minuten het testveld met de kleurenschaal vergelijken.

De reactiekleur van het testveld kan na aoop van de reactietijd nog veranderen.

Totaal Suiker zijn teststrips voor de semi-kwantitatieve bepaling van

Relax (REF 913 46).

Daarom is beoordeling op het aangegeven tijdstip belangrijk om correcte resultaten te bepalen.

Na toevoeging van het aanvullend reagens Fru/Glu-1 moet de pH-waarde van de testoplossing tussen de 7,0 en 8,0 liggen. Als de teststrips een waarde van meer dan 800 mg/L laten zien, dan moet de testoplossing worden verdund tot het totale suikergehalte zich binnen het meetbereik van het testpapier bevindt. Houd bij de opgave van het gehalte rekening met de verdunningsfactor.

Verwijdering:

De gebruikte analyse-aanzetsels kunnen met leidingwater via de riolering naar de plaatselijke afvalwaterbehandelingsinstallatie worden afgevoerd. Het gebruikte teststrips in huishoudelijk afval verwerken.

Opslagcondities:

Bescherm de teststrips tegen zonlicht en vochtigheid. Het blikje koel en droog bewaren (opslagtemperatuur 2-8 °C). Mits bewaard onder de juiste omstandigheden is de testkit tot aan de opgedrukte vervaldatum houdbaar.

General indications:

Remove only as many test strips as are required. Close the container immediately

after removing a strip. Do not touch the test eld, and protect them from light.

Instructions for use:

1. Mix 1 mL of sample with

5. Dip test strip into the prepared test solution for 2 seconds.

6. Shake off excess liquid.

The reaction colour of the test eld may continue to change after elapse of the reaction time. It is therefore important to perform the evaluation at the specied time in order

to achieve a correct result.
