DESCRIPTIONS

The M82i is a unique near-field speaker combining hi-fi properties with
high SPL's in a very compact design.

M82i is a 2-way speaker designed as a dedicated top-box and should be
supported by the M151i subwoofer below 100 Hz. It houses two 8" mid­woofers with very extended frequency response and two 1" soft dome
horn tweeters cooled by magnetic oil. It has a highly controlled dispersion
pattern of 60x60 degrees. The M82i has been designed specifically for
applications in which clarity and speech intelligibility is needed, but is also
ideal for smaller clubs and as fill in near-field applications.

The pressure camber cabinet is designed around an extruded 2mm alumi­nium profile. The M82i offers four built-in flying points for easy horizontal or
vertical fixing. A customised multi bracket is available as well. The trapezo­idal cabinet shape allows flexible and discrete fixing in low ceiling applicati­ons. The M82i can be fittet with an external top-hat adapter.

This model is also available in white.

ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATIONS

The loudspeaker system shall be a two-way closed top-box with an
IEC268 power handling of 300 watt and a frequency response from 90­20kHz with a crossover point at 4 kHz. The loudspeaker system shall
have a sensitivity of 95 dB and a maximum output of 121 dB. The louds­peaker system shall also have two 8" low/mid drivers and two 1" soft
dome tweeters cooled with magnetic oil. The woofers shall have a 16­ohm load, the tweeter shall have a 8-ohm load. The loudspeaker shall also
have six rear mounted M10 attachment points for a customized bracket
and an M8 attachment point in top and bottom plates, which shall be pro­tected with the SafeCoat surface. The enclosure shall be constructed of
19mm Medium Density Fiber, built around an aluminum frame, equipped
with internal metal bracing, trapezoidal in shape with a 15 degree angle
and be 59cm(23in) high, 33cm(13in) wide and 35cm(14in) deep with a
weight of 18kg(42lbs). The loudspeaker system shall be the Mach M82i.
