Recommended Radio Equipment
lightweight receiver: Graupner GR-12S, Spektrum AR6310,
FrSky VD5M, TFR4 (Fasst) etc.
3x micro servo 2,5 – 3,5 g: Graupner DS 101, Dymond D2.7, PZ-15318 etc.
one cell LiPo ca. 150 mAh
Balsa tail surfaces are protected against humidity with clearcoat.
The wing may be removable or  xed. If you do not require removable wing, exclude steps marked with a yellow point and glue the wing to the fuselage with epoxy. Before glue hardens, carefully check the perpendicularity to the fuselage.
Grind all gluing spots thoroughly, before you apply the glue!
Mark, drill and countersunk Ø 2 mm holes for the wing screws.
Cut slots for the aileron arms and glue arms with foam friendly CA or epoxy.
Complete wing-mount. Then insert it into the fuselage and screw the wing. Check if the wing is perpendicular to the fuselage and carefully glue wing-mount with thin CA.

Before you glue the servo board into fuselage, carefully check the function of the RC system and set up neutrals of all servos. Then glue it with thick CA.
Complete aileron pushrods, connect wires to the servo arms with Z-bends and to ailerons horns with simply bends, check free movements and neutrals of ailerons and glue pushrods to the fuselage using medium CA.
Connect the elevator horn to servo arm with attached wire leader.
Install receiver and battery in the fuselage and check the center of gravity. Program the transmitter and fly!
