Lynx Stove, Titanium Low-Rider Instructions For Use Manual

The Lynx Stove & Lynx Titanium Low-Rider:
Instructions for Use
The Lynx stove has an integrated pot stand built into the stove. The large diameter (2.8”) provides a stable base for pots and mugs. The addition of the carbon felt aids in lighting the stove during cold weather. The Lynx stove is a simple and basic stove that was design to boil water efficiently. You can boil 2 cups of water using a little over ½ oz. of alcohol (18 ml) in about 8 minutes. The Lynx stove is compatible with the Emergency Kitchen fuel system. The Lynx stove has a fuel capacity of almost 3 fluid ounces. We recommend that you use a heat shield and windscreen with the Lynx stove (not included).
The Lynx Titanium Low-Rider stove is designed for the minimalist backpacker. The fuel reservoir has been reduced to hold up to an ounce of fuel. The stove body is made from titanium and weighs 18 grams. To reduce the weight even further, the carbon felt can be removed. This will reduce the heat output and increase the time to boil. With small diameter mugs, you may wish to remove the carbon felt as this will also make the stove produce a smaller diameter flame.
1. Place the stove on the center of the heat shield
2. Add fuel and light the stove and place your windscreen around the stove.
3. The stove is now ready to use: center your mug or pan over the stove.
4. In use, the handles of your mug or pot may become too hot to touch!
