THE BATH AND ROOM THERMOMETER
Use the Bath and Room Thermometer to conveniently measure the temperature of the baby room or the bathwater.
Note: Your baby will feel most comfortable in bath if the water temperature is between 36.5°C and 38°C . A temperature of 39°C and above is too hot and your baby could get burned! At a room temperature of about 18°C babies feel most comfortable when sleeping.
USING THE BATH AND ROOM THERMOMETER
Switching on: Switch on the bath thermometer by lmly hitting the
bottom side with a at hand.
Just let the thermometer oat in the bathwater or let it stand on a shelf in the baby’s room to start measuring.
Note: Mix the water thoroughly before measuring the water temperature or put the thermometer in the tub while lling it. This will ensure a fast and accurate reading of the water temperature.
- The display will read “COLD” when the measured temperature is below 33°C. A comfortable bathwater temperature is between 36.5°C and 38°C.
- Warm water alert: the red warning LED will start to ash when the measured temperature is 39 °C or above. The display will then ash “Hot.”
