Winding your watch by hand.

Your Luminox watch is a Swiss-made mechanically driven watch which works
without batteries.

A mechanical watch is somewhat less accurate than a quartz watch. Before
wearing the watch for the first time or after long intervals of not having worn
it, the watch has to be wound up manually. Turn the crown clockwise in the
0 position. 10-20 rotations are required for the watch to funtion at full and
constant power. With sufficent motion during wearing, the power reserve
can last up to 36 hours.

Time

Setting the hour, minute and second hands

Pull out crown B to position 2. Set the hour and minute hands (F+G),
or: For the accurate setting of the second hand: When the second hand (H) is
precisely at the 12 o'clock, pull out crown B to position 2.

Date

Setting the date (R) + the weekday (S)

Pull out crown B to position 1. Rotate crown B until yesterday's date and
weekday is displayed. Now pull out crown B to position 2 and rotate until the
current date appears. Now set the hour and minute hands to the correct time

- AM or PM. Push in crown B to its normal position.

The date cannot be set between 8:00 pm am 2:00 am.

Screw in crown

The watch is equipped with a screw-in crown. The crown must be screwed in
in order to guarantee the water resistance. The crown may only be unscrewed
and screwed down by hand.

Die Luminox Uhr ist eine mechanische Schweizer Markenuhr. Sie läuft ohne
Batterie mit einem mechanischen Uhrwerk.

Die Ganggenauhigkeit einer mechanischen Uhr ist geringer als jene einer
Quartzuhr. Vor dem ersten Tragen der Uhr bzw. nach längeren inter vallen,
in denen die Uhr nicht getragen wurde, muss die Uhr manuell aufgezogen
werden. Drehen Sie die Krone in der Position 0 im Uhrzeigersinn. Es benö­tigt ca. 10–20 Umdrehungen damit die Uhr von Beginn an mit voller,
konstanter Kraft läuft. Wenn die Uhr während dem Tragen genug bewegt
wird, beträgt die Gangreserve bis ca. zu 36 Stunden.

Zeiteinstellung

Einstellen von Stunde, Minute und Sekunde

Krone B zur Position 2 herausziehen, Stunde und Minute (F+G)
einstellen, oder: Für sekundengenauere Einstellung: Erst wenn der
Sekundenzeiger (H) genau auf 12 Uhr steht, die Krone B zur Position 2
herausziehen. Dann die Stunde und Minute auf die richtige Zeit einstellen.
Krone B bei voller Minute eindrücken: Die Uhr läuft sekundengenau an.

Datumseinstellung

Einstellen des Datums (R) + des Wochentages (S):

Krone B nur bis zur Position 1 herausziehen. Krone B drehen, bis das Datum
und der Wochentag einen Tag vor dem aktuellen Datum stehen. Nun Krone
B in Position 2 ziehen und drehen, bis aktuelles Datum erscheint. Dann die
Stunde und Minute auf die richtige Zeit stellen. Krone B eindrücken.

Zwischen 20 Uhr und 2 Uhr ist das Einstellen nicht möglich!

Verschraubte Krone

Die Uhr wurde mit einer verschraubten Krone ausgestattet. Um die Wasser­dichtigkeit zu garantieren, muss die Krone verschraubt sein. Die Krone darf nur
von Hand auf- und zugeschraubt werden.

El Luminox es un reloj mecánico de marca fabricado en Suiza. Gracias a su
mecanismo de relojería funciona sin batería.

La precisión de un reloj mecánico es inferior a la de un reloj de cuarzo. Antes
de utilizar el reloj por primera vez o después de no haberlo llevado puesto
durante un tiempo prolongado, usted deberá dar cuerda al reloj. Para hacer
esto, gire la corona en la posición 0 en sentido de las manecillas del reloj. Se
requieren aprox. 10 – 20 vueltas para que el reloj funcione con una fuerza
constante suficiente. Si el reloj se mueve los suficientemente durante el día, su
reserva de marcha es de aprox. 36 horas.

Ajuste de hora

Ajustar hora, minuto y segundo:

Tire de la corona B hasta la posición 2 y ajuste la hora y los minutos (F+G).:
Para un ajuste exacto de los segundos: cuando la aguja de los segundos (H)
se encuentre exactamente sobre las 12 horas, tire de la corona B hasta la
posición 2. Ajuste a continuación la hora y el minuto exactos y pulse la corona
B cuando el minuto se haya completado. Su reloj se pondrá en marcha en el
segundo exacto.

Ajuste de fecha

Ajuste de la fecha (R) y del día de la semana (S). Tire de la corona
B sólo hasta la posición 1 y gírela hasta que la fecha y el día de la semana

indiquen un día menos que la fecha de hoy. Coloque ahora la corona B en la
posición 2 y gírela hasta que aparezca la fecha de hoy. A continuación, ajuste
la hora y el minuto exactos. Vuelva a colocar la corona B en la posición 0.

¡Entre las 20 y las 2 horas no es posible realizar ajustes!

Este reloj está equipado con una corona enroscable, con el fin de asegurar
la estanqueidad del reloj, la corona debe estar correctamente enroscada. La
corona sólo debe desenroscarse y enroscarse con los dedos.
