WARNING: All Power must be turned off before attempting any wiring installation. All electrical work should be done according to appropriate local and regional electrical codes
Getting Started
1. Remove the LumiGrow Pro Series E fixture from the box and unwrap it.
2. Lay the fixture on its foam cushions. If you have received C-Hanger brackets,
attach the C-hangers to the top of the fixture using a Phillips head screwdriver to fasten screws to the center hole (C-hangers come standard). If you have received V-hanger brackets, remove the screws and washers on each end of the top of the fixture. Use the same fasteners to attach the V-hanger brackets to the top of the fixture as shown to the bottom right.
3. If your system came with SmartPAR modules, install them now, before hanging
your fixture. Refer to the SmartPAR Module Install Guide for detailed instructions on module installation.
4. Hang your LumiGrow Pro Series E fixture at the appropriate height to achieve
the desired light coverage provided by your LumiGrow representative and light plan.
5. For LV units, connect the AC input power cord to an appropriate Nema 5-15P
plug, and make sure the input AC mains switch is turned on. For HV installations, a certified electrician must perform all wiring installation per local and regional electrical codes. LumiGrow Pro Series E fixtures should only be installed on an AC branch circuit protected by a listed circuit breaker, that meet all local and regional electrical codes.
6. After all lights are appropriately installed, turn on your circuit breaker. For
fixtures that are not equipped with a SmartPAR module, all fixtures will start in an “all on” state, for maximum light output.
7. For fixtures that are equipped with SmartPAR modules, please refer to your
LumiGrow representative for custom installation instructions, and reference www.lumigrow.com for guidance getting started with SmartPAR.
