Chapter 1 Safety Instructions
WARNING:
This cart must only be used for its intended purpose in accordance with these operating instructions. Failure to observe the following notices can result in free, injury death by electric shock or equipment damage.
Do not unplug by pulling on the cable. Do not use cables that are damaged. Do not plug the cable into an extension cable. Do not unplug this cart from the outlet when your hands
are wet.
Before moving the cart, make sure the power cord is

wrapped and secured within the cord wrap compartment.
Do not allow anyone to sit, stand, or climb on the cart. This cart should only be moved or operated by an adult. Keep the cart away from water. Move the cart slowly. Keep the caster locked when the cart is not in transit. Keep the ventilation holes unblocked for air circulation. To prevent muscle strain, please push rather than pull on
the handles when moving the cart.
Do not block the ventilation holes when charging. Do not store or place liquids on top or within the cart. Do not use TV or monitor on top of cart. Do not connect the power strip to an external power outlet
as it may damage the equipment due to electrical current overload.
Although this cart is designed to support the transport of
equipment within a school campus, it is not designed for outdoor use.
Turn power switch to the off position before plugging in or
unplugging the electrical units.

power cord has been damaged.

Chapter 4 Instruction for installation
4.1 Park the charging cart
Prior to starting the equipment installation and connecting the power cord,
please lock the charging cart to avoid danger caused by sliding.
Press down the switch “ON” on the anti-winding cover to park the cart. Lock the wheel

Connect the power cord to the power input on the right side
[Note] Do not connect the power supply to the extension cord, to avoid the
glitch of the peripheral products
4.3 Install the machine
This product can be used for charging tablets and synchronization of iPad. The installation method is as follows: Fix the USB cable in the cable slot and leave a short section of cable
available for connection.
Place the tablet into the storage compartment and connect with USB cable.

Organize the cables: Organize the cables to be stored in the back of the
charging cart at the location corresponding to the storage compartment used.
4.4 Position the charging cart
After the equipment installation is completed, release the locked wheels.
Move the charging cart to the selected location, and lock the wheels again. Press down the switch “OFF” on the anti-winding cover to release the lock.

4.5 Use the U-type lock
The cart has U-type locks for retaining the cart fixedly and the equipment on
the panel separately. Chains and anti-theft security locks can be purchased if
needed.

Chapter 5 Start Using
Place the tablet PC into the storage compartment and connect with USB
cable.
Turn on the main power to start charging.
[Note] Confirm the indicator is under charging mode (Charging indicator is on)
Chapter 6 Indicator Description
1. SYNC: USB port connected with computer for data synchronization
2. USB Port 1: Support 5 V, 2.4 A
3. USB Port 2: Support 5 V, 1.5 A
4. CH1/CH2/CH3: Switch charging modes or synchronization
modes
5. Charging/Sync: Charging mode or synchronization mode indicator
6. 1 ~ 16: Charging indicator

Red light: Charging is ongoing

Chapter 7 How to synchronize iPad
[Note] Before starting the synchronization of iPad for the first time, please first finish
the iTunes setup on the computer.
7.1 Setup before use
7.1.1 iTunes setup:
Open the iTunes program on laptop.
Select the [Preferences] in the [iTunes] menu, click the [Advanced]
icon, and cancel the [Check for new software updates
automatically].
[Note] Cancel the checked [check for new software….] to prevent the interruption of
the synchronization by the reminder for automatic update check. To switch to
manual method to upgrade iOS, please refer to 7.3 upgrade instructions for
iOS.

Then click the [Devices] icon, confirm that the [Prevent iPods,
iPhones, and iPads from……...] is not checked, and then click [OK]
to save.
7.1.2 Connect the Laptop
Connect the laptop installed with iTunes.
Place the laptop on the charging cart, connect the power cord and USB
cable of the charging cart to connect the laptop to the charging cart,
and to set the iPad and synchronize.
7.1.3 iPad connection:
Connect the iPad to charging cart.
[Remark] It’s advised to reduce the iPad screen brightness to half or less
[Remark] If the iPad is the newly bought product, it’s advised to complete
before synchronization.

7.1.4 Switch to synchronization mode
[Remark] The charging cart provides real-time status inquiry. It will indicate
whether the tablet is in charging mode (when the charging indicator is on, the
indicator lights red) or in synchronization mode (When the Sync indicator is on,
red and green indicators alternately flicker) by different colors of LED indicator.
Click [CH1], [CH2], [CH3], and switch to synchronization mode .
7.1.5 Set the iPad
a. Start the iTunes in the laptop (if the iTunes is not automatically started).
b. Click
only one iPad connected, click
, select one of the connected iPads in the menu. If there is

c. The iPad registration page will pop up. Set up Apple ID following the
instructions on the screen and name the iPad.
[Remark] If iPad registration has been completed, step c can be skipped.
d. Click [Summary], scroll down to [Option] item, check [Open iTunes
when this iPad is connected] and [Sync only checked songs and
videos].
e. Cancel the [Manually manage music and videos].
f. Click each page (Apps, Music, Movies, TV shows, Books, Photos) on
the top side of the iTunes, and then select the files to be synchronized,
and next click [Apply].
g. Please repeat b-f steps on each iPad to complete the registration and
setup of iPad.
7.2 Synchronize the iPad
7.2.1 Connecting devices:
Connect the iPad to charging cart.
Use the USB cable attached to the charging cart to connect the laptop
and charging cart.

7.2.2 Use iTunes to synchronize:
Press the button on the charging cart to switch to
synchronization mode.
If 7.1 Setup before use has been completed, the iTunes on laptop will
automatically be activated and synchronized. If not, please double click
the iTunes to activate.
[Note] The time for synchronization differs depending on the number of iPads and
the content to be synchronized. Therefore, do not interrupt the
synchronization.
[Remark] Click on the top of iTunes, to switch the iPad and understand its
synchronization status.
7.2.3 Completion of synchronization:
After the synchronization is completed, each iPad will display . Then
press or close iTunes to safely remove the device.
After the synchronization is completed, remove the USB cable on
laptop, and switch the button on the panel to charging mode to start
charging.
7.3 iOS update instructions
[Note] According to the design of iTunes software function, iOS update can be done
for one iPad each time.
Connect the iPad to charging cart.
Use the USB cable attached to the charging cart to connect the laptop and
charging cart.
Press the button on the charging cart to switch to synchronization
mode.

At this time, iTunes on laptop will be activated automatically, if not, please
double click iTunes to activate.
Select one iPad in the [Device list] on the left side of the screen.
[Note] When using iTunes to update manually or automatically, please ensure
the battery of the iPad is more than 50%, to avoid the interruption of
operation due to insufficient power caused by too large update files or
lengthy update.
Click the [Update], and proceed to the next step following the instructions
on the screen.
When one unit is completed, proceed with the update for the next iPad till
all updates are completed. The duration of update differs depending on
the size of iOS files.

Chapter 8 Troubleshooting

4 Startup failure
AC IN / AC OUT are installed with the overload
protection and the external AC breaker respectively to
automatically turn the power off to protect the machine
when the flow of electrical current is abnormal. Press
the switch again to restart the power
Due to limited functions of some synchronization
software, computer, or laptop, the data synchronization
for 48 tablets may not be synchronized simultaneously.
Please synchronize data separately for CH1/CH2/CH3
1. Non-authentic charging cable may have defective
