LSI Logic’s Ultra320 SCSI controller implementation
more than doubles the bandwidth and performance
of previous-generation Ultra160 SCSI solutions,
with features like paced transfers, packetized
protocol, Quick Arbitrate & Select (QAS) and
Retained Training Information (RTI). Integrated
Mirroring‘ (RAID-1) of two Ultra320 SCSI hard
drives provides "hot spare" capability. PCI SCSI
host bus adapters, designed around LSI Logic’s
innovative technologies and features sets, offer
unparalleled performance, reliability and
interoperability, a must for today’s I/O-intensive
desktop, server and workstation environments.

highly integrated RAID-on-motherboard (ROMB)
and RAID-on-chip (ROC) technologies to
high-performance host-based serial ATA and ATA

LSI Logic’s MegaRAID solutions are available to support PCI-X 1.0 and, thus, address the need for increased bandwidth of PCI
devices. With PCI-X, you can design systems and devices that operate at clock speeds up to 133 MHz or 1 GB/s. What’s more,
