Specifications:

SEATS: To be one piece seam-

less molded fiberglass (F.P.R.) seats
and backs with smooth exterior
surfaces and rounded corners. To
include large molded-in crumb
trough and reinforced mounting
blocks. Backs to be finished with
plastic laminate bonded on both
sides of high density ¾” particle
board with a vinyl cushioning gas­ket, and a vinyl T-molding edge.
Laminate color to be selected from
standard patterns.

FRAMES: to be fabricated of 11
gauge, 2” square and 2”x4” tube,
completely welded into one rigid
assembly, including seat support,
top support and legs. Legs to in­clude leveling glides. To include 8
gauge steel plates welded to frame
to support seats and top. Entire
frame to be powder coated black.

STANDARD TABLE TOPS:

(1-1/4”) To be plastic laminate
bonded to 1-1/4” particle board
with an average density of 45
P.C.F., and shall have a .020
backing sheet bonded to the core.
Edges to be black vinyl T-molding.
Color to be selected from standard
laminates.

OPTIONAL TABLE TOPS:
(3/4”) To be plastic laminate
bonded to 3/4 “ particle board
with an average density of 45
P.C.F., and shall have a .020
backing sheet bonded to the core.
Edges to be permanently bonded
with a resin composite sealing the
core, laminate, and backing sheet.
Color to be selected from standard
laminates.
