General Specifications

Base and Frame: Base to be fabricated from heavy

gauge stainless steel with all sides turned square with all
corners fully welded, ground and polished. Underside
reinforced with heavy gauge channels. Base to have non­marking corner bumpers.

Frame shall be constructed of 1” O.D. 16 gauge stainless
steel tubing bolted to the base.

Silverware Dispenser: Fabricated from seamless
molded fiberglass (F.R.P.) with smooth exterior and interior
surfaces and rounded corners. Top to have ten (10) cut
outs complete with nylon silverware cylinders. All fiber­glass to be flame retardant per specification ASTM E-162
having a flame spread of 25 or less. Silverware dispenser
to be secured to tray dispenser fram by 1” 16 gauge stain­less steel tubing.

Napkin Dispenser: Double napkin dispenser to be fabri­cated from seamless molded fiberglass (F.R.P.) with smooth
exterior surfaces and rounded corners. All fiberglass to
be flame retardant per specification ASTM E-162 having
a flame spread of 25 or less. Two seld-leveling napkin
dispensers shall be mounted in the top of the center pylon
and will dispense napkins one-at-a-time. Napkin size must
be verified..

Casters: 4” diameter, ball bearing, swivel type casters to
be non-marking and with brakes on all wheels.
