Forced Air Milk Cooler General Specifications
Models: CPM-BFD-8, CPM-BFD-12, CPM-BFD-16
TOP AND DOORS: Top to be stainless steel double wall construction
with urethane insulation. The opening shall have a full perimeter gasket
to ensure a positive door seal. Divided doors to be bi-folding, made of
ABS plastic, fully insulated, with PVC
hinge.
REFRIGERATED CABINET: Cabinet shall have a stainless steel exterior and a water tight stainless steel
interior liner, fully insulated with urethane. To have a condensate drain
extended below to a shut-off valve.
REFRIGERATION SYSTEM: A temperature of 38 degrees F shall be
maintained by finned tube forced
air coil(s) with an accessable thermostatic expansion valve connected
to a fully hermetic condensing unit.
To include all necessary controls for
proper operation, and removable
stainless steel louvered panels on the
front and rear of cabinet to provide
necessary ventilation.
CASTERS: Four (4) 5” diameter, ball
bearing swivel type, non-marking
casters to be concealed within the
body, mounted on 12 gauge channels for support. Unit shall include
four (4) non-marking corner bumpers.
