The utility light shall be Lowell Model RL-1A, which shall
feature a high power SMD LED, shatter-resistant lens,
two attached swivel hooks for hanging, a magnet on a
detachable bracket for magnetic mount, a single 11A
grounded outlet in handle, and a 6-ft. 16/3 SJTW cord
with NEMA 5-15P plug.
