Lowell Stationary Base
Description:
The LSB stationary platform base is designed to mount inside the
rack frame to provide a floor positioned flush to the bottom rack
space. This model is often specified to provide extra support fpr
heavy equipment that is mounted in the lowest rack position. The
base does not increase rack height. Construction is 14-gauge
steel with a durable black wrinkle powder epoxy finish. To facilitate
cable access, there is a center opening in the bottom. Cable passthrough openings on the back match up to openings on matching
19"W racks (LER, LER-F and LGR-series). Cable pass-through
openings on the sides match up to openings on matching 19"W
racks (LGR-series).
Note: Base is not for use with seismic-certified racks.

• Steel panel (SP-3): 3U steel panel can be used to close the
13" x 5" center opening in Model No. LSB-22 (only). Order separately.

The stationary base for the rack shall be Lowell Model ______.
The stationary base shall be of an inner platform design that
mounts inside the rack frame to add the benefits of a floor positioned flush to the bottom rack space. When installed, the base
shall not increase the overall height of the rack. Construction shall
be 14-gauge welded steel with a black wrinkle powder epoxy finish. Mounting hardware to attach the base to the rack shall be
supplied with the base. The base shall facilitate cable access
through a center opening. The base shall also have side cable
access via pass-through openings that align with openings on
matching gangable racks (LGR-series).
