The most economical cost-efficient rack in its class, the
LFR provides solid support for electronics with added
flexibility for rear-mounted equipment and accessories.
Construction & Features
• Frame: Fully welded 16-ga. steel with 14-ga. base,
reinforced at load-bearing junctions. Overall height is
42.875”. Useable depth is 19.25”.
• Front: Open front with beveled corners and vents
above and below main opening. Clearance from rails
to outside frame (flush) is 1.75.” A surface-mount front
door is available as an option (pg. 3).
• Rear Door: Includes recessed rear door with vents
and key lock.
• Closed Top: Features two vents to mount optional sin-
gle fan kit (pg. 3).
• Open Base: Includes grounding stud and center open-
ing for cable entry. Readily accepts optional mobile
base, stationary base, leg levelers, or anchor bolts (not
included).
• Welded Side Panels: Vents at top and bottom.
• Mounting Rails: Includes 1 pr. fixed position front
mounting rails tapped 10-32 with printed rack unit increments for quick set-up. Rear brackets accommodate
optional rear rails (adjustable).
• Cable Management: Combination knockouts above
and below rear door.
• Thermal Management: Vents on rack top, side panels
and rear door will accept optional single fan kit or rear
door fan panel. (pg. 3)
• UL Listed (UL2416): Load capacity 500 lbs.
• Compliance: EIA/TIA compliant
• Finish: Black wrinkle powder epoxy
• Hardware Pilot Point screws with captive washers.
• Origin: Made in the USA

A&E Specifications
The stand alone floor rack shall be Lowell Model No.
LFR-2122. Overall measurements shall be 42.875”H x
22”D x 23.06”W with panel space of 21 rack units. Load
capacity shall be 500 lbs. The rack shall include a recessed rear door with vents and key lock, welded side
panels with vents, closed top with vents, open base with
grounding stud, one pair fixed-position front mounting
rails with printed RU increments, combination knockouts
above and below rear door, and provisions to mount optional rear rails or optional surface-mount front door. The
rack shall be manufactured in the U.S.A. with certified
U.S. steel and have a black wrinkle powder epoxy finish.
