READ INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE BEGINNING ASSEMBLY
1. Position the bar wall in the desired location. Make sure there is enough clearance in the room for the cabinet and cabinet top once assembled completely.
2. Move bar cabinet back against the bar wall in the correct position (this can vary if the bar is built for refrigerator left or refrigerator right). e cabinet should be opposite the refrigerator orientation, i.e. refrigerator right – cabinet goes left. (Note: Please be sure to leave approximately 1 1/4” between the edge of the cedar bar cabinet trim and the corner trim on the cedar bar wall w/foot rail to allow for the overhang of the cedar top for bar cabinet.
3. Once cabinet is in position, use the 2 1/2” phillips screws provided to attach cabinet to bar wall. Drive these screws through the interior of the bar cabinet back into the bar wall using a drill/driver. ese screws can be randomly placed throughout the back of the cedar bar cabinet. is will help stabilize the cedar bar wall and cedar bar cabinet.
4. Measure the refrigerator that will be installed in the bar assembly to determine the opening clearance needed. is measurement will be needed to set the side wall for the refrigerator opening that goes on the end next to the fridge.
5. Position the side wall against the bar wall making sure to leave the correct dimensions required for the refrigerator to be moved in. Attach the side wall to the bar wall using three 2 1/2” phillips screws provided. Once the bar cabinet and side wall are in position and attached to the bar wall, you are ready to attach the bar tops.
6. Place the lower bar cabinet top on top of the bar cabinet and bar side wall. Make sure that the bar top is between the corner trim on the bar wall and against the bar wall.
7. Attach the lower top using the 1 1/4” square head screws provided. ese screws will be driven up through the side to side stretches located inside the cabinet in the front and rear of the cabinet.
**DO NOT COUNTERSINK THE SCREWS – As this may cause the screw to penetrate through the top**
8. Once the lower cabinet top is secured, place the upper bar wall top onto the bar wall.
9. Attach the upper bar wall top using the 1” phillips screws provided. e screws will be driven up through the 1/2” plywood mounting plate that is attached to the bar wall.
**DO NOT COUNTERSINK THE SCREWS – As this may cause the screw to penetrate through the top**
10. Once the bar tops are securely attached to the bar you are nished with assembly.
