Assembly Instructions for Bar and Deluxe Bar
Thank you for purchasing your heirloom quality furniture.
Tools Needed: Square Drive Screwdriver (Square Drive Bit Included in Hardware Pack)
Before beginning assembly, please take a few moments to carefully read the instructions, familiarize yourself
with the components and understand each step of the process. Likewise, please ensure that the hardware
package contains the items as described below.
Parts List: (1) Bar Cabinet, (1) Bar Top, (1) Foot Rail, (3) Footrail Support Brackets, (2) Bar Top Support Braces
Hardware List: (18) 1 1/2” Washer Head Screws, (6) 2 1/2” Washer Head Screws,
Assembly Instructions:
Step 1.

NOTE: The term “cabinet face” or “front of cabinet” refer to the same surface of the cabinet. The face or front of
the cabinet is the surface is solid, without openings. The back of the bar cabinet has the openings to access the
storage areas and/or in reference to the deluxe bar, also the wine rack and stemware holder.
Step 2. Mount bar top support braces to front of cabinet using 2 1/2” washer head screws, centering the braces
on the pre-drilled holes on the front of the cabinet. Brace should be flush with top edge of bar cabinet.
Step 3. Lay bar cabinet on the cardboard with the cabinet face upward.
Step 4. Remove the footrail bracket hardware from its package. Using the larger screw, mount the three
brackets to face of the cabinet using the pre-drilled holes near the “kick” or lower portion of the cabinet.
Step 5. Once brackets are secured, use the remaining smaller screws to attach the footrail to the footrail support
brackets, being sure to first center the footrail side to side.
Step 6. Set the bar cabinet upright and position bar top so that the registration marks on the underside of the
bar top align with the inside of the cabinet.
Step 7. Secure the bar top to the bar cabinet using the 1 1/2” screws.
Step 8. Using the remaining 1 1/2” screws, secure the bar top support braces to the bar top.
Remove components from shipping boxes. You may lay the cardboard on the floor to prevent marring of

high grade final finish in a timely manner. Doing so will help protect your purchase from discoloration and
damage caused by exposure to ultra-violet light and/or weather. if the products intended use is outside,
please use an exterior rated finish to also protect from weather damage. See use and care instructions for
further information. Failure to adequately protect item by application and as needed, re-application of a final
finish may void warranty.
