The 5-Port PoE+ Gigabit Switch NS0099 delivers data and power over existing Ethernet cables
to Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices such as Access Points and IP Cameras. It supports both
PoE (802.3af) and PoE+ (802.3at) devices with a 70 Watt PoE budget. Plug and Play, this metal
switch provides for reliable high speed PoE networking.
Also, this switch provides the advantage of a safety warning for exceeding the maximum power
load. When the power load is over the maximum, an LED light will start blinking to warn users
that it already has reached the maximum power load. Users then need to reduce the number of
PoE devices linked to this switch. It is good for end users to know whether a switch is defected or
overloaded.
In addition, NS0099 provides a FIX DIP switch to enable users to fix the transfer speed to
10Mbps to extend the transition distance up to 200m. It is specially beneficial to IP Cameras
which transmit speeds less than 10Mbps.
