Connect the mains cable (included) to the AC Socket and then the mains socket.
Battery Power
Insert 4 x C type (UM-2/R14) batteries (not included) correctly by following the polarity (+ or –) indications in the battery compartment.

Knowing when to Replace the Batteries
When the batteries become weak, the sound becomes weak and distorted.
When the batteries are completely exhausted, the unit will turn off.
The alarm function can only be activated in AC power operation.
