Unpacking

Remove all items from the packaging. Retain the packaging. If you dispose of it please do so according to any local regulations.
The following items are included:

Wall Plugs x 4 (Ø8 x 40 mm)

Screws x 4 (4 x 30mm)

Be careful when unpacking and installing the
unit as the metal edges can cause injury if not
handled with care.

• Depending on the material of your wall, it may be neccessary to use masonry anchors or hollow wall anchors when xing
the screws. In all cases, ensure that a secure xing is obtained.

• The included wall plugs are only suitable for use in masonry walls. If you are in any doubt about the correct wall plugs for
your wall, seek professional advice. Failure of the product due to using incorrect xings is the responsibility of the installer.

1. Carefully remove all packaging materials including the protective sheet. You may use a soft damp cloth to clean the surface
and the edge of the splashback after removing the protective sheet.

2. Ensure that the surface of the wall is at, and free of dust and dirt.

3. Place the splashback on the wall and mark the wall with a pencil through the holes in the splashback.

4. Drill 3 holes (hole dimension Ø8 x 45 mm) into the wall according to the diagrams below.

· Before drilling holes check
that the wall is clear of any

cables, pipes etc.

· Make sure that the screws

and wall plugs being used
are suitable for supporting
your unit. Consult a qualied

technican if you are unsure.

2 people are required to lift the unit during assembly, it is recommended that gloves are worn.

5. Use the screws and wall plugs provided to x the splashback.

6. Tighten the screws and press the splashback to the wall.

7. Any gaps between the benchtop and the wall must be sealed to exclude

moisture.

• Always use a larger screw and wall plug if you are not sure.

• Ensure you use the recommended drill bit to match the wall plug and hole size.

• Ensure you drill the hole horizontally, do not force the drill or enlarge the hole.

• Take extra care when drilling high walls and ceramic tiles. Ensure wall plugs are inserted beyond the

thickness of the ceramic tiles to avoid the tiles splitting or cracking.

• Ensure wall plugs are well tted and are a tight t in the drilled hole.

• To prevent debris getting behind the splashback, we recommend the sides are sealed using wall tiles or a
suitable silicone sealant.

Care & Maintenance

• Your splashback should be cleaned regularly using a

proprietary cleaner.

• Never use any sharp instruments or abrasive substances,
soap, detergent or wax polish for cleaning.

The symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that
this product must not be disposed of with your other
household waste. Instead, it is your responsibility to
dispose of your waste equipment by handing it over to a

designated collection point for the recycling of waste
electrical and electronic equipment. The separate collection and
recycling of your waste equipment at the time of disposal will help
conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in a manner
that protects human health and the environment.
