FCC ID: TYD-GA40711A
The HL7648 module has been granted as a single modular approval for mobile applications. At least
20cm separation distance between the antenna and the user’s body must be maintained at all times.
The HL7648 module must not transmit simultaneously with other co-located radio transmitters within a
host device.
To comply with FCC regulations limiting both maximum RF output power and human exposure to RF
radiation, the maximum antenna gain including cable loss in a mobile-only condition must not exceed:
• 8.01 dBi in LTE Band 2
• 5.00 dBi in LTE Band 4
• 8.70 dBi in LTE Band 12
The end product which contains the HL7648 module must be labeled in a visible area with the following:
“Contains FCC ID: TYD-GA40711A“
Compliance & Regulatory Information
FCC Caution: Any changes or modifications not express approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user’s authority to operate this equipment.
When the module is installed in the host device, the FCC ID label must be visible on the final device.
Otherwise, a second label must be placed on the outside of the final device that contains the following
text: “Contains FCC ID: TYD-GA40711A”.
RF Exposure
The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least
20cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna
or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures.
The end user will have no manual instructions to remove or install the device and a separate approval
may be required for other operating configurations, including portable configurations with respect to
2.1093 and different antenna configurations.
The end product with an embedded HL7648 module may also need to pass the FCC Part 15
unintentional emission testing requirements and be properly authorized per FCC Part 15.
Installation Instructions for LogicMark
The HL7648 module under FCC ID: TYD-GA40711A is not intended for third party OEM integrators or end
users. It will only be installed in LogicMark’s final products at the grantee manufacturing facility.
