ProDock (WIP040) - User Manual

Thank you for purchasing the Logic3 ProDock. As with all Logic3 Products it has been built to the highest manufacturing
standards and tested throughout its development, to ensure you get the best possible Product. Please read through and
familiarize yourself with this manual before you use the ProDock.

Set Up of ProDock

Select and t the correct plug adapter to suit your power supply. 1.
Plug in the DC jack to the rear of the Dock unit (DC in) and plug the power supply into your mains socket.
Turn the mains socket ON (Logic3 logo will illuminate dimly).
The mini USB cable (not supplied) can also be connected to Sync your iPhone/iPod to your PC.

NOTE: Your iPhone/Pod will only charge when the AC Adapter is connected

Connect your Dock to your preferred device : - TV (Composite Video out) 2.

- RGB (Component Video out)

Insert the appropriate cradle (supplied with your iPhone/iPod) into the ProDock base.3.

NOTE for iPhone 3G the cradle is supplied with the ProDock

Dock your iPhone/iPod onto the docking base of the ProDock (Logic3 logo will illuminate brightly) 4.

Insert the battery into the remote control.5.

WARNING: Please ensure that the battery is inserted correctly. If the battery is inserted incorrectly (reversed
polarity), it may cause personal injury as well as damage to your remote control.

Using the ProDock

Power is turned ON/OFF via the Power Button located on the Remote Control (Logic3 logo will illuminate).1.

The ProDock volume is preset to a 30% volume level; the volume can be adjusted by using the Volume Up/Down keys 2.

Simple functions of the iPhone/iPod can be controlled by the remote control :3.

Vol Up - Increases the Volume level.
Vol Down - Decreases the Volume level.
Play/Pause - Plays the track/video, Press whilst in Play mode to Pause the track/video
RW/Previous - Skip Backwards through tracks/video, hold to scan Backwards through a track/video
FF/Next - Skip Forwards through tracks/videos, hold to scan Forwards through a track/video
Scroll Up - Scrolls Up the Cursor in iPhone/iPod Navigation Menu
Scroll Down - Scrolls Down the Cursor in iPhone/iPod Navigation Menu
Menu - Press to jump Back one upper level in iPhone/iPod Navigation Menu
Select - Press to Enter into next level in iPhone/iPod Navigation Menu
Standby - Press to turn OFF the iPhone/iPod, press whilst in OFF mode to turn ON the iPhone/iPod
Mute - Press to Mute the Volume, Press whilst in Mute mode to Un-Mute the Volume

Trouble Shooting

Problem What Should I do?

No Sound/Picture

Ensure the correct cradle is used with your iPhone/iPod.

Check play status on the iPhone/iPod

Ensure you have selected TV/RGB according to your connection

Please try updating the software for your iPhone/iPod using the latest iTunes which is available
from www.apple.com/ipod/download

Check that you have connected the ProDock correctly (see Set Up of ProDock)

Check your iPhone/Pod is set to TV out (refer to your iPod manual for settings)

Check your format settings (PAL, NTSC refer to your iPhoneiPod manual for settings)

iPhone/Pod is not recharging

Ensure the correct cradle is used with your iPhone/iPod.

Ensure your ProDock is connected to the AC Mains

Cradle will not x into the Dock Remove any inserted cradles

Remote Control is not working

Replace Batteries
Check the Battery is inserted correctly (Polarity)
Ensure remote control operating range is within 6metres from the ProDock

Merci d’avoir acheté l’ProDock de Logic 3. Comme tous les produits Logic 3, il a été créé selon les normes de fabrication
les plus exigeantes et testé tout au long de son développement, de façon à ce que vous obteniez le meilleur produit pos­sible. Veuillez lire et vous familiariser avec ce manuel avant d’utiliser l’ProDock.

Installation de l’ProDock

Sélectionnez et insérer l’adaptateur de prise correspondant à l’alimentation électrique de votre pays. Branchez le con-1.
necteur DC à l’arrière du Dock (DC in) et branchez le bloc d’alimentation à votre prise secteur. Mettez sous tension (le
logo Logic3 s’illumine légèrement). Le mini câble USB peut être également connecté pour synchorniser votre iPhone/
iPod avec votre PC.

REMARQUE : Votre iPhone/Pod se mettra en charge seulement si l’adaptateur AC est connecté

Connectez votre ProDock à l’équipement souhaité : - TV (Vidéo Composite out) 2.

- RGB (Vidéo Component out)

Insérez le socle approprié (fourni avec votre iPhone/iPod) dans la base de ProDock 3.

REMARQUE pour l’iPhone 3G, le socle est fourni avec ProDock

Posez votre iPhone/iPod sur le socle de synchronisation de ProDock (Le logo Logic3 s’illumine complètement).4.

Insérez les piles dans la télécommande.5.

ATTENTION : Veuillez vous assurer que les piles sont insérées correctement. Une mauvaise insertion (polarité
inversée) pourrait causer des dommages corporels et endommager votre télécommande.

Utilisation de ProDock

La mise sous tension et hors tension (ON/OFF) est effectuée par l’intermédiaire du bouton Power de la télécommande 1.

Le volume de ProDock est réglé par défaut à 30% ; il peut être réglé grâce aux touches Volume +/- de la télécom-2.

Menu - Appuyez sur cette touche pour revenir au menu principal de Navigation de l’iPhone/iPod
Select - Appuyez sur cette touche pour accéder au sous-menu de Navigation de l’iPhone/iPod
Veille - éteint l’iPhone/iPod, appuyez de nouveau pour allumer l’iPhone/iPod
Silence - Mode silencieux, appuyez de nouveau pour désactiver le mode silencieux
