Sealed Combustion for Manufactured Homes

The Manufactured Home Residential Gas Water Heater draws all
combustion air from outside through the air intake. All by-products
of combustion are vented directly outside, omitting the need for a
draft diverter.

Standard Features

• Low NOx Burner – This whisper quiet, 360 burner incorporates

aluminized steel construction into its die-formed design. The larger
burner diameter transfers more heat, while providing clean and efficient
combustion. Satisfies local codes and emission standards in the U.S.
Eliminates the need for a manual adjust air shutter. Convenient pilot
location simplifies service.

• Non-CFC Foam Insulation - Improved formulation provides uniform

tank coverage with a thick blanket of insulating foam. This non-CFC
polyurethane closed cell foam minimizes standby losses and maximizes
heat retention.

• Natural Gas to LP Gas Conversion Kit – Conversion orifice kit for

natural gas to LP gas supplied with unit.

• Adjustable Thermostat – Automatic temperature selection at your

fingertips. This accurate control provides an easy way to reset water
temperature for best economy. Automatic over-heat safety device is
standard. Convertible control for use with LP or Natural gas.

Water Heater

• Glass-Lined Steel Tank – Fused to the tank at 1600F, the durable

glass lining assures lasting protection against rust and corrosion while
providing clean, clear hot water. 300 psi test pressure provides 150 psi
working pressure.

• Magnesium Tank Saver Anode – A large diameter anode rod inhibits

corrosion of tank interior for long, trouble-free service.

• Factory Installed Dielectric Nipples – These nipples protect the

tank from corrosive action between dissimilar metals, while reducing
installed cost.

• Heat Traps – Factory installed, minimizes heat loss through piping.

Optional Equipment

Roof Jack Kit – For UL approval this water heater
requires the field installation of a Roof Jack Kit, which
includes: Roof jack, adjustable air intake, and installation
hardware. This kit is ordered separately and must be
installed according to instructions. The roof jack is
shipped with the heater in a separate box.

Specify roof jack kit size when ordering.

Certified for Potable Water and Space Heating Applications

This water heater is suitable for water heating and space heating.
Toxic chemicals, such as those used for boiler water treatment shall
NEVER be introduced into this system. This water heater may
NEVER be connected to any existing heating system or components
previously used with non-potable water heating appliances.
