INTENDED USE Suitable for applications requiring heavy-duty steel exit signage, such as light indus-
trial warehouse or manufacturing facilities.
CONSTRUCTION Sturdy, die-formed steel housing. 20-gauge frame and faceplate.
Universal directional Chevron knockouts are easily removed.
Uniform graphical illumination without shadows or hot spots.
Letters 6” high with 3/4” stroke, with 100 ft viewing distance rating, based upon UL924 standards.
OPTICS LEDs mounted on printed circuit boards. The typical life of the exit LED lamp is 10 years.
Low energy consumption, less than 5 watts.
LED lamp operates in normal (AC input) and emergency (DC input) modes.
ELECTRICAL Dual-voltage capability in 120 or 277 VAC.
Emergency models provided with test switch, status indicator and a battery that automatically recharges
when normal power is restored.
Battery option: Emergency models are provided with maintenance-free, sealed nickel-cadmium batteries,
providing 90 minutes of emergency power.
INSTALLATION Universal mounting (top, end or back).
Mounting knockouts are easily removed. J-box pattern on back panel, for use with 3-1/2” or 4” octagon
junction boxes only.
LISTINGS UL damp location listed standard, 0°C-50°C (32°F-122°F). Meets UL 924, NFPA 101 (current
Life Safety Code), NEC and OSHA illumination standards.
