use with the 2GIG Go!Control Panels. Uplink combines lifes safety communications with the benefits

of Uplink Remote software platform that allows dealers to offer cellular connectivity, interactive
services and life style management at an affordable price.

Uplink is the security industry cellular supplier that you know and trust. Uplink offers a variety of
plans including Basic Service , Uplink Remote with Home Control and Video Monitoring. The Uplink

3G radio requires 2GIG Go!Control firmware version 1.13.1 or later.

2GIG Go!Control firmware release 1.13.1 is now
available for download from 2GIG’s dealer website.
Distributors can place orders for the Uplink 3G Cell
Radio. The estimated date that dealers can start
placing orders from distributors is March 31, 2015.
Dealers should check availability with distributors.

The Uplink 3G Cell Radio Module ships with a
standard one (1) year limited warranty. Please refer

to the Install Guide for specific warranty details.

Q. What is required to set up a system on the Uplink Home Automation service?

A. To set up a system on the Uplink Home Automation service, you will need a 2GIG Go!Control security

panel with the version 1.13.1 firmware or later and the new Uplink cell radio (2GIG-GC3GUP-U).

Q. How do I sign up as an Uplink Home Automation Services dealer?

A. Potential dealers can contact either Uplink OR their local 2GIG representative. To contact Uplink
call 888-9-UPLINK (888-987-5485) or visit www.uplink.com to start the new dealer registration
process. Once dealers are signed up, they can order Go!Control panels and Uplink 3G radios from
their local distributors.
