Hardware Installation

Please follow exa ctly the steps described below, t hen a
reliable operation of the LINDY PC radio clock should be
guaranteed.

1. Check which one of your USB ports are available.

2. Connect the radio clock to an availabl e USB port.
Make sure to position the module not too close to
the monitor or ot her electronic devices that m ay
generate high frequency electromagnetical radiation.

Driver Instal l at ion for Windows

Wi ndows will now recognize the ‘Expert Mouse Clock USB’
and start the Add New Hardware Wizard. Insert the ‘Treiber’
diskette into your diskette drive. Click ‘Next’ . Choose ‚Look
for the best driver (recomm ended)’ and click ‚Next’. In the
following di al ogue choose ‘Disk drives’ and confirm with
‘Next’.
Wi ndows will now display the driver that has been found.
After a c lic k o n ‘Next’ it will be in s ta lled. If Windows asks for a
path, say ‘A:\’ and confir m with ‘OK’. After the required files
have been copied, finish the instal lation with a cli ck on
‘Complete’.

Software Install at i on
Open the start menu and choose ‘Run’. In the following

dialogue say ’A:\setup.exe’ and confirm with ‘OK’. Follow the
instructions appearing on the screen.

Installation der Hardware

Bitte folgen Sie genau den Anweisungen zur Installati on der
LINDY PC-Funkuhr. Dann dürfte ein zuverlässiger Betrieb
kei ne Pro bleme bereiten. Prüfen Sie, welch e USB- Schn itt­stellen an Ihrem Rechner noch nicht belegt sind. Schließen
Sie das Empfangsmodul an die von Ihnen ausgewählte USB­Schnittstell e an. Achten Sie darauf, den Empfänger nicht zu
nah am Monitor oder anderen elektrischen Geräten zu
platzieren.

Installat i on der Tr ei ber f ür Windows

Wi ndows wir d nun den Hardware-Assistenten starten und die
Expert Mouse Clock USB erkennen. Legen Sie die mit
"Treiber" beschriftete Diskette in Ihr Laufwerk ein. Klicken Sie

auf "Weiter". Wählen Sie nun "Nach dem besten Treiber für
das Gerät suchen(empfohlen)" aus und klicken Sie auf
"Weiter" . Im nächsten D ialog wählen Sie "Diskettenlaufwerke "
aus und bestätigen Sie mit "Weiter".
Wi ndows wir d I hnen nun den gefundenen Treiber anzeigen.
Nach einem klick auf "Weiter" wird dieser installiert. Sollte
Wi ndows nach dem Pf ad f ür den Treiber fragen, geben Sie
"A:\" an und bestätigen Sie mit OK. Nachdem Windows die
benötigten Dateien kopiert hat können Sie mit einem Klick auf
"Fertig stellen" die Installation abschl ießen.

Installation der Software für Windows

Öffnen Sie das Startmenü und wähl en Sie "Ausführen“.
Geben Sie im folgenden Dialog "A:\setup.exe" ein und
bestätigen Sie mit "OK". Folgen Sie nun den Bildschirm­anweisungen.

Installation matérielle

Veuillez suivre exactement les étapes d’installation suivantes
pour le bon fonctionnement de votre horloge radio LI NDY.

1. Vérifiez si au moins un port USB est disponible sur
votre PC.

2. Connectez l’horloge radio sur un port USB
disponsible. Soyez certains que l’horloge soit

éloignée du moniteur, au r isque de perturbations
électromagnétiques émanant de ce dernier.

Installat i on du pilote pour Windows

Wi ndows va ainsi reconnaître le périphérique en tant que
‘Expert Mouse Clock USB’ et démarrera l’assistant d’ajout de

périphérique et vous demandera la disquette de pilotes.
Cliquez sur ‘Suivant’ . Choisissez le meilleur pilote pour votre
périphérique (recommandé) et cliquez ‘Suivant’. Dans la boîte
de dialogue qui apparaît, sélectionnez le lecteur de
disquettes.
Wi ndows va ensuite vous afficher la dét ection du
périphérique. Après avoir cliqué sur ‘Suivant’, l’horloge va
être installée.
Si Windows vous demande un chemin, indiquez ‘A:\’ et
confirm ez par ‘OK’. Lorsque tous les fichiers ont été copiés,
sélectionnez l’option ‘Terminer’ pour compléter l’installation.

Installation logicielle
Ouvrez le menu ‘Démarrer’. Choisissez éxecuter et tapez

‘A:\setup.exe’ et confi r mez par ‘OK’ Suivez les instructions
apparaissant à l’écr an.

Au cas ou vous rencontreriez des problèmes d’installation

avec l’horloge radio LINDY PC, consultez votre revendeur ou
envoyez nous un courrier électronique.

Installazione

Pregasi seguire tutti i passi sott o descrit ti, in m odo t al e che il
LINDY PC radio clock funzioni correttamente.

1. Verificare che una delle Vostre porte USB sia
disponibile.

2. Collegare il radio clock ad una porta USB libera.
Assicurarsi di posizionare il modulo non t r oppo
vicino al monitor o ad alt r e apparecchiature
elettroniche che generano radiazioni ad al t a
frequenza elettrom agneti ca.

Installazione Driver per Windows

Wi ndows ri conoscerà automaticamente ‘Expert Mouse Clock
USB’ ed avvierà Add New Harware Wizard. Inserire il
dischetto con i ‘Driver’ nel drive. Cliccare ‘Next’ . Scegliere‚
‘Ricerca del miglior dr i ver’ (consigliato)’ e cliccare‚ ‘Next’. Alla
successiva richiesta scegliere ‘Disk drives’ e confermare con
‘Next’.
Wi ndows visualizzerà i driver che sono stati trovati. Cliccare
‘Next’ per installarli. Se Windows richiederà un percorso,
digitare ‘A:\’ e confermare con ‘OK’. I driver verranno copiati
ed installati, per terminare cliccare ‘Complete’.

Installazione Software
Ciccare su Start e selezionare ‘Esegui’. Digitare il percorso

’A:\setup.exe’ e confermare con ‘OK’. Seguire le istruzioni che
appariranno sull o schermo.
