Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the LINDY USB 2.0 Cat.5 Extender. This product has been designed to provide trouble free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a LINDY 2 year warranty and free lifetime technical support. To ensure correct use, please read this manual carefully and retain it for future reference.
This USB 2.0 Cat.5 Extender is composed of a Transmitter and Receiver. It enables a USB 2.0 host device to send data up to 100 metres. The receiver unit has an integrated 4 port hub for connection of multiple USB peripherals.

Installation
1. Place the local extender near the host computer. Install the supplied USB cable between the
Transmitter and USB port on the host computer.
2. Connect the supplied 5VDC 1.2A power adapter to the Transmitter.
3. Place the Recevier near the USB device in the desired remote location.
4. Connect the supplied 5VDC 2.6A power adapter to the Receiver.
5. Connect the Transmitter and Receiver by using a Cat.5 (or better) cable (not included!).
LED indications
Red Power LED: The 5V power adapter is plugged in
Orange Link LED: Transmitter and receiver are powered & connected by Cat.5 cable
Green Active LED: Receiver´s USB port(s) are occupied
