Introduction

The LINDY Mini DisplayPort adapters allow you to connect two monitors
to one Mini DP port (or to a DP port using a DP/Mini DP adapter).
These adapters require a DisplayPort 1.2 graphics card with MST
support and Dual Mode DP++ function. The graphic card settings can
be configured to show an extended desktop or duplicate the desktop to
the second monitor.

No additional software or drivers are required to install these adapters –
everything is managed via the graphic card settings

Installation

 Please make sure your monitors can work at the same resolution

and is listed in the previous table

 Connect the adapter to your monitor using a DVI or HDMI cable
 Connect the adapter to your computers Mini DP port (or to a DP

port using a DP/Mini DP adapter).

 Once connected the displays should immediately show the picture
 Go to the monitor settings window of your computer and set up the

monitor mode (desktop duplication or extension) and resolution

Troubleshooting

 If there is no picture shown on one or both monitors please check if

the resolution is included in the supported resolution list.

 Please check and make sure that your graphics card supports DP

1.2 or at least MST and Dual Mode DP++ function.

Einführung

Diese Mini-DisplayPort Adapter ermöglichen es zwei Monitore (via
DVI-D LINDY Artikel Nr.41731 oder HDMI LINDY Artikel Nr.41732) mit
einem Mini-DisplayPort oder einem DisplayPort Anschluss (mittels
LINDY Mini-DisplayPort auf DisplayPort Adapter / Artikelnr. 41089) zu
verbinden. Die Adapter benötigen eine DisplayPort 1.2 Grafikkarte,
welche MST (Multi Stream Transport) und die Dual Mode DP++
Funktion unterstützt. Der Desktop kann mit Hilfe der Einstellungen der
Grafikkarte erweitert oder auch dupliziert werden.

 Es sind keine zusätzlichen Treiber oder eine Software für die

Installation notwendig. Die Einstellungen werden alle über die
Einstellungen der Grafikkarte vorgenommen

Installation

 Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass die beiden angeschlossenen

Monitore mit der gleichen Auflösung betrieben werden können
(Die unterstützten Auflösungen können sie der vorangehenden
Tabelle entnehmen)

 Verbinden Sie den Adapter, mittels DVI oder HDMI Kabel, mit

Ihrem Monitor

 Verbinden Sie den Adapter mit dem Mini-DisplayPort oder

DisplayPort Anschluss Ihres Computers (mittels Adapter / Artikel
Nr. 41089)

 Nachdem Sie die Monitore angeschlossen haben, sollten Sie

sofort ein Signal erhalten

 Um die Auflösung einzustellen, den Desktop zu erweitern oder zu

duplizieren, öffnen Sie die Einstellungen Ihrer Grafikkarte und
nehmen Sie dort die entsprechende Einstellung vor

Fehlerbehebung

Falls Sie auf einem oder beiden Monitoren kein Signal erhalten,
überprüfen Sie bitte ob die aktuelle Auflösung von den Adaptern
unterstützt wird. Bitte überprüfen Sie auch ob Ihre Grafikkarte
DisplayPort 1.2 oder zumindest MST und die Dual Mode DP++

Introduction

Ces adaptateurs Mini-DisplayPort vous permettent de connecter deux
écrans (DVI-D N°Art.41731 ou HDMI N°Art.41732) à partir d’un port
Mini-DP (ou via un port DP en utilisant l’adaptateur LINDY DP/mDP
N°Art.41089). Ces adaptateurs requièrent une carte graphique
DisplayPort 1.2 avec prise en charge des fonctions MST et Dual Mode
DP++. Les paramètres de la carte graphique peuvent être ajustés pour
afficher un bureau étendu ou pour dupliquer le bureau sur le second
écran.

Installation

 Assurez-vous que vos écrans fonctionnent avec des résolutions

identiques et que celles-ci soient présentes dans le tableau ci­dessus

 Connectez l’adaptateur à votre (vos) écran(s) en utilisant un câble

DVI ou HDMI

 Connectez l’adaptateur au port mDP de votre ordinateur (ou à un

port DP en utilisant l’adaptateur LINDY DP/mDP N°Art.41089).

 Après connexion les écrans devraient immédiatement afficher les

images

 Rendez-vous dans les paramètres d’affichage et choisissez entre

le mode bureau étendu et bureau duppliqué ainsi que la résolution

Dépannage

Si aucune image ne s’affiche sur le ou les écrans, veuillez-vous
assurer que la résolution est inclue dans la liste ci-dessus.
Vérifiez que votre carte graphique prend en charge les fonctions DP

Questo adattatore LINDY Mini DisplayPort vi consente di connettere
due monitor ad una porta Mini DP (o DP utilizzando un adattatore
DP/Mini DP ). Per funzionare correttamente richiedono una scheda
grafica DisplayPort 1.2 con supporto MST e funzione Dual Mode
DP++. Dalle impostazioni della scheda grafica è scegliere se
visualizzare un desktop esteso o duplicare il desktop su un secondo
schermo.

Non sono necessari driver o software aggiuntivo per installare questi

Installation

 Vi preghiamo di assicurarvi che entrambi i monitor possano

funzionare alla stessa risoluzione e che essa sia inclusa nella
tabella precedente

 Collegate i vostri monitor utilizzando un cavo DVI o HDMI
 Collegate l’adattatore alla porta Mini DP (o DP utilizzando

l’adattatore DP/Mini DP art.41089).

 Una volta connesso i monitor dovrebbero visualizzare

immediatamente l’immagine

 Andate nella finestra di impostazione della risoluzione dei

monitor del vostro computer e impostate la modalità prescelta
(desktop duplicato o esteso) e la risoluzione desiderata

Risoluzione dei problemi

 Nel caso non venga visualizzata alcuna immagine controllate

che la risoluzione impostata sia inclusa nella tabella precedente.
