Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the HDMI 2.0 Repeater. This product has been designed to
provide trouble free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a LINDY 2 year warranty
and free lifetime technical support. To ensure correct use, please read this manual
carefully and retain it for future reference. This extender can be used to extend HDMI
signals over longer distances by joining two LINDY Premium, CROMO or GOLD HDMI
cables together.

Operation

To achieve maximum distances you must use high quality HDMI Cables, such as LINDY
GOLD!

 Connect your HDMI source to the extender’s input port using an HDMI cable.
 Connect your monitor to the extenders output port using an HDMI cable.
 Longer than standard HDMI cable lengths can be achieved using an HDMI coupler.

Troubleshooting

 For installations where the picture is not showing, please use shorter lengths of cable

 In some situations, the HDMI interface may not provide sufficient power to operate

or reduce the resolution, colour space or colour depth until a clear picture is visible.
We do not recommend using cables of less than 5m with this product.

Betrieb

Um die angegebenen Kabellängen zu erreichen muss LINDY GOLD Kabel 24AWG
verwendet werden! Kabel mit geringerer Qualität reduzieren die Maximallängen!

 Verbinden Sie die HDMI Quelle mit dem Eingangsport des Repeaters
 Verbinden Sie den Ausgangsport des Repeaters mit dem Anzeigegerät

Fehlersuche

 Falls Sie kein Bild erhalten verwenden Sie bitte LINDY GOLD Kabel, oder kürzere

Kabel, oder reduzieren Sie die Auflösung und/oder Farbtiefe bis sie ein Bild erhalten.

 Möglicherweise liefert Ihre Signalquelle keine ausreichende Signalqualität,

verwenden Sie dann das kürzere Kabel am Eingang.

 Kabel kürzer als 4m können Probleme verursachen und sollten nicht verwendet

werden.

 Einige HDMI Signalquellen liefern nicht genügend Strom für den Repeater. In

solchen Fällen müssen Sie zusätzlich einen HDMI Power Injector Nr. 41080
verwenden oder den kaskadierbaren HDMI 2.0 Repeater mit optionalem
Netzteilanschluss.

Utilisation

Pour atteindre les distances maximales, vous devez utiliser des câbles HDMI de haute
qualité, tels que les câbles LINDY GOLD!

 Connectez votre source HDMI au port d’entrée et votre écran à la sortie de l’extender

en utilisant un câble HDMI.

 Si vos câbles HDMI sont trop courts, utilisez un adaptateur double femelle HDMI.

Dépannage

 Pour les installations où aucune image ne s’affiche, veuillez utiliser des câbles plus

courts ou réduisez la résolution, l’espace colorimétrique ou la profondeur de couleur
jusqu’à ce qu’une image stable s oit visible. Nous recommandons de ne pas utiliser
de câbles d’une longueur inférieure à 5 mètres avec ce produit.

 Dans certaines situations, l’interface HDMI peut ne pas délivrer suffisamment de

courant pour faire fonctionner le répéteur. Dans ce cas, un i njecteur d’alimentation
HDMI (N°Art. 41080) peut être connecté avant le répéteur ou notre autre référence
de répéteur HDMI 2.0 (N°Art. 38210) peut également être utilisée.

Utilizzo

Per raggiungere le massime distanze indicate è necessario utilizzare cavi HDMI di alta
qualità come quelli della linea LINDY GOLD!

 Collegate la vostra sorgente HDMI alla porta di ingresso (input) dell’extender

utilizzando un cavo HDMI

 Collegate il vostro monitor all’extender utilizzando un cavo HDMI.
 E’ possibile raggiungere distanze superiori co llegando più cavi con un ac coppiatore

HDMI.

Risoluzione dei problemi

 Nel caso non venga visualizzata alcuna immagine vi preghiamo di utilizzare cavi di

lunghezza inferiore o ridurre la risoluzione o lo spazio colore fino a quando

l’immagine non comparirà sulla schermo. Con questo prodotto è sconsigliato l’utilizzo

di cavi di lunghezza inferiore a 5m.

 In alcune situazioni l’interfaccia HDMI non è in grado di fornire s ufficiente corrente

per far funzionare il ripetitore. In questo caso è possibile collegare prima del ripetitore
un Power Injector HDMI (Art. 41080) o, in alternativa, un ripetitore da cascata HDMI

2.0 (come l’Art. 38210).

WEEE regulation for the collection and recycling of all waste electrical and electronic
equipment. It is no longer allowable to simply throw away electrical and electronic
equipment. Instead, these products must enter the recycling process.
Each individual EU member state has implemented the WEEE regulations into national
law in slightly different ways. Please follow your national law when you want to dispose
