SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
FLOOR STAND PACK CONTENTS
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
To prevent injury to yourself or your staff and to avoid damaging the product,
please read and follow these safety precautions before setting up and using the
unit:
• Remove all plastic coatings and clean the unit before use.
• The unit is heavy. Make sure enough people are available to lift it.
• Do not try to modify the unit.
• Never clean the unit with a water jet.
• Keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference.

1. Place the lower shelf upside down on a table. Strip the protective plastic coating from
around the 8 holes.
2. Strip all the plastic coating off the legs.
3. Fit three of the legs to the lower shelf using the supplied fasteners. The correct sequence
is the bolt on the outside, with a flat washer, then through the table top / shelf and leg.
Secure with a flat washer spring washer and nut (Figure 1). It is very important that the
bolts / nuts are fully tightened otherwise the stand will not be stable. Note: It may be
necessary to remove the foot, place a piece of wood on the bottom of the leg and tap it
into place with a hammer.

4. Place the table in the floor and fit the fourth leg. (Figure 2)

5. Strip the plastic from around the holes on the table top and lay it upside down on a
suitable table. Lift the assembly onto the table top and secure the top using the supplied
fasteners. (Figure 3)

6. Fit the leg cover plates to the legs. Screw two M5 x 50 hex head bolts half-way through
the plate. Slot into the leg and tighten the screws to pull the cover tight against the inside
of the leg. There are 2 cover plates per leg, 8 in total. (Figures 4 and 5)

STACKING KIT PARTS CHECKLIST

Position the stand on a solid, level surface, leaving a minimum of 100mm at the rear.

Adjust the feet on the stand so it is level.

Place the oven on the stand, lining up the sides and front of the oven with the floor stand top

• Stacking kit plinth, 4 bolts, 5mm allen key, 4 M8 screws and 4 self-tapping screws

1. Place the lower oven on a solid, level surface.
2. Adjust the feet on the lower oven so it is level.
3. Remove the pizza stones from the top oven.
4. Unscrew the feet from the bottom of the top oven.
5. Position the top oven on top of stacking kit plinth.
6. Fit the bolts through holes in stacking kit plinth and into oven base (4 bolts on PO430,
PO630 and 2 on PO425).
7. Fit the stacking kit plinth and top oven on top of bottom oven.
8. Fit the 4 self-tapping screws into the back of the bottom oven through the stacking kit
plinth.
• Clean the unit regularly to maintain efficient performance and hygiene.
• Use a mild detergent in hot water and a soft cloth.
• Do not use abrasive creams or scourers.
MAINTENANCE
No regular maintenance is required.

• Damage due to incorrect installation, modification or unauthorised service work
• The manufacturer disclaims any liability for incidental, or consequential damages
