INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing this LIGHTSIDE LED OCTOPUS For safety and regular operation
of this product, please read this manual carefully before using and
operating it.
UNPACKING
Open the package and go through the light to see if any damage caused on the way of
transportation. Before turning it on, be sure that the mains voltage within the scope
manual shows.
OPERATION
1.- Make sure the input power is complied with rated voltage, and then turn on it
2.- When not used, turn o light to extend the working time
ADDITIONAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Please be sure to turn o the light before installation and maintenance
Please be sure when operating the light you have good ventilation
This light is design for indoor use. Please keep it dry whenever using.
Do not use other voltage that not complied with the instruction showed
Do not stare at the lighting source, it may damage you eyes
Do not operates unless there is stable voltage
Do not uses it in a moist environment
FUNCTION MODEL SETTING
This unit applies to Switch-address code, which is the choice of the mode of the
performing control and the address-code, the 10th address-code is the switch of the
transferring of the DMX-512 signal control, music control and automatic control. The
mode set, details as following:

DMX-512 FUNCTION
The device adopts international standard DMX-512 signal, with totally 4 channels, details
as below:
SIGNAL CONNECTION
This product is assembled with DMX input and output 3 pins XLR socket, while all
connection is that Pin 1 is connected to the ground, Pin 2 is connected the negative pole
signal, Pin 3 is connected the Positive pole signal.
This product applies for 3 pins XLR socket, the connection of many units
as following:
1. No overloading connection, the same branch without over 32 units.
2. Terminal matching connection，connect a resistance of1 20 ohms between the Foot 2
and Foot 3 of DMX output Pin 3 socket of the last equipment of the branch.

NOTICE ABOUT MASTER/SLAVE SYCHRONIZATION
1. When the master machine is running, the light will send DMX-512 signals, however, it
can’t be connected to the controller, otherwise, they will interrupt each other , thus that
can not be synchronized.
2. While many lights are using master-slave synchronization, only one of them can be
master, or they can’t be synchronized.
The connection of Master-slave synchronization as below:

DESEMBALAJE
Abra el embalaje y compruebe que no existen daños causados por el transporte. Antes
de encenderlo, asegurese que el voltaje coincide con el presentado en este manual
FUNCIONAMIENTO
1.- Asegúrese de que la potencia de entrada cumple con la tensión nominal y, a
continuación, enciendalo.
2.- Cuando no se utilize, mantengalo apagado.
INFORMACIÓN SOBRE SEGURIDAD
Porfavor aseguresé de apagarlo antes de la instalación o mantenimiento
Aseguresé de que el aparato tenga buena ventilación durante su funcionamiento
Este producto esta diseñado para interior. Porfavor mantengalo lejos de la humedad
durante su funcionamiento.
No use un voltaje que no cumpla las especicaciones mostradas en este manual
No mire la fuente de iluminación, puede dañar los ojos
No haga funcionar a menos que haya un voltaje estable
No lo utilize en un ambiente húmedo
FUNCTION MODEL SETTING
Esta unidad aplica un código de conmutación-dirección, que es la elección del modo de
realizar el control y el código de dirección, el décimo código de dirección es el interruptor de la transferencia de control de la señal DMX-512, control de la música y control

DMX-512
El dispositivo adopta la señal estándar internacional DMX-512, con un total de 4 canales,
detalles abajo:
SEÑAL
Este producto se conecta con entrada y salida de 3 pines XLR DMX, Pin 1 está conectado
a tierra, pin 2 se conecta a la señal de polo negativo, Pin 3 se conecta a la señal de
polo positivo. No conectar mas de 32 unidades. Conectar un terminal al nal de la
instalacion DMX

NOTICE ABOUT MASTER/SLAVE SYCHRONIZATION
1.- Cuando la aparato principal esta en funcionamiento, el aparato enviará señales
DMX-512, sin embargo, no se puede conectar al controlador, de lo contrario, se
interrumpirán entre sí, por tanto, no se pueden sincronizar.
2.- Aunque muchos aparatos esten utilizando la sincronización maestro-esclavo, sólo
uno de ellos puede ser el maestro, o no se puedrá sincronizar.
