The LG Series architectural edge-Lit exit provides a slim profile that blends well with any commercial or architectural space. Universal mounting allows for easy,
efficient installation for recessed ceiling, surface ceiling, surface end or surface wall mount.
Features
1. Illumination: Illumination is accomplished with the use of high brightness
LEDs in an optical array offering even illumination. Average illumination
levels are in excess of 25fl (79 cd/m2).
2. Housing: All housing components are premium die-cast aluminum
construction. A wide range of finishes are available; see How to Order on
next page. Universal mount housing allows for Recessed Ceiling, Surface
Ceiling, Surface End or Surface Wall. A bar hanger kit and trimplate is
furnished as a standard feature.
3. Panel: Panel is manufactured from high impact acrylic and silk-screened
using computer generated artwork. Universal self-stick chevrons are
standard.
4. Electronics: 120/277 VAC dual voltage input with surge-protected, solid-
state circuitry. Charging system is complete with low voltage disconnect, AC
lockout, brownout protection, AC indicator lamp and test switch. Standard
Feature: The Self-Diagnostics2 is designed around an 8-bit microprocessor to
provide unmatched reliability and performance.
5. Battery: Maintenance free, sealed nickel cadmium battery has an estimated
service life of 10 years, and an operating temperature range of 32°F (0°C) to
104°F (40°C).
6. Input Power Requirements:
AC Only
Red: 3.80 watts (120 VAC), PF = 0.96; 3.80 watts (277 VAC), PF = 0.91
Green 4.00 watts (120 VAC), PF = 0.95; 4.00 watts (277 VAC), PF = 0.90
Emergency Operation
Red: 4.70 watts (120 VAC), PF = 0.95; 4.81 watts (277 VAC), PF = 0.97
Green 4.71 watts (120 VAC), PF = 0.95; 4.67 watts (277 VAC), PF = 0.99
7. Warranty: Electronics: 5 years, Battery: 5 year full, 5 years pro-rata.
