Congratulations on the purchase of your DM XDIM4LED (upgrade version of 4 channel DMX 512 dimmer
pack) by Light Emotion. It has 16 user-selectable chase patterns, 3 channel control modes, adjustable
speed control and dimming with or without DMX. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your
purchase. We have prepared this manual to assist you with the operation of this item.

CAUTION: This lighting effect is designed to operate on 240VAC

Fuse: M205 10A fast blow for DMXDIM4LED, M205 6.3A fast blow for each channel.

Operation:

Dimmer/switch packs are mainly u sed for lamp based par cans, D amage may occur if connected to a unit
with an electronic (switch mode) power supply. The DMXDIM4LED allows you switch on & off loads with
electronic (switch mode) po we r s upplies s uch as L aser and LED fix tures . BEFORE this can be done you

must ensure there are no devices connected to the dimmers outputs and put the fixture into
“switch” mode.

1. Changing between “D imm e r” mode an d “S witch” mode:
A. Make sure there are no fixtures connected to the output channels, if there are please disconnect

these fixtures.

B. Turn on the DMXDIM4LED.
C. Press the “mode” button until “A001-A512” appears
D. Press the “menu” button until “S1**”, “S2**”, “S3**”, “S4**” appears
E. You can now use the “up” a nd “down” bu ttons and selec t either “oN” or “o F”. When “On” is selected

the particular channel will be in “Switch” mode. “Of” will set the channel on “dimmer” mode

F. Repeat steps 1-5 for the rest of the channels.
