1. Measure and cut sufficient rubber channel
to fit over the entire length of the rail
(flush to 1/2” on each end)

3. The molding can accommodate up to 3
strands of bell wire. Staple wires to header
wall; then allow at least 2” of slack as
shown. Thread wires through molding.

2. When applying rubber
channel, make sure the open
side is away from the chain
link retainer flange on the
trolley as shown.

4. At the opener end allow at least 2” of slack.
Then thread the bell wire through a hanging
bracket hole to keep wires away from sprocket
and chain. Attach wires to opener terminals
according to installation instructions.
