A. Identify and inventory all parts using the checklist boxes on the Parts List.

Footcaps on Table Legs
Step 1 Hardware

Turn a Table Leg (AC) upside down. Place a Footcap (AH) on the bottom of each leg. Secure the each Footcap with two (2) #8
x 1/2” Screws (RE). Repeat for remaining two legs.

Assemble Legs
Turn Table Legs right side up. Attach one (1) Center Leg Brace

(AD) to each table leg as shown. Ensure the end of brace angles upwards. Secure with two (2) #8 x 1/2” Screws (RE). Repeat for remaining Legs.
Completely tighten both Screws, then loosen them one (1) full

Stand Table Legs assemblies in circle with braces pointing in

Note: Completely tighten both Screws (RE), then loosen them one
(1) full turn.

Note: The Center Leg Braces are joined together always in a Right over Left format.
While standing between two legs, line up the end hole on the right brace with the middle hole on the

left brace as shown. Secure with one (1) #8 x 1/2” Pan Head Screw (RE).
Note: Do not completely tighten the Screws (RE) yet.

Move Clockwise and stand between the next pair of legs. Line up the end hole on the right brace with

the middle hole on the left brace as shown. Secure with one (1) #8x 1/2” Pan Head Screw (RE).

Support Braces to Table Top
3
Two sets of three (3) Support Braces (AK & AL) come with your picnic table. Set AK comes with two bolts next to each other (one of the bolts is gold colored). Set AL comes with two bolts about 12” from each other.

Place a Support Brace (AK) onto the underside of the Table Top and lightly secure the Brace with one

1/4” x 1/2” Screw (RA).
Note: Do not completely tighten the Screw (RA) yet.

Remove the rst 1/4” x 1/2” Screw (RA) and gently tilt the Support

Brace (AK) and slide the last Support Brace (AL) into place.
Replace the rst 1/4” x 1/2” Screw (RA) into the rst Support Brace (AK). Finally, secure the last Support Brace (AL) to the Table Top.
Completely tighten all Screws (RA).

Secure Support Braces AL to AK using three (3) 5mm Washers and three (3) 5mm Cap Nuts.

Legs to Support Braces

Step 4 Hardware
With the Table Top facing top down on the ground, align the Leg

assembly (Step 2) over the three sets of bolts on the Support
Brace assembly. Fasten the Leg assembly to the Support Braces using
nine (9) 5mm Cap Nuts (AC). Tighten all hardware (including the Center Braces from Step 2). Stand the Table upright.
Note the set of three bolts.

Turn a Bench Leg (AE) upside-down and fasten a Bench

Leg Cap (AJ) on each end of the foot. Secure each Cap to the legs with two (2) #8 x 1/2” Screws (RE).

Line up a bench leg with the right side of the Bench Frame (AF). Secure to frame with four (4) 5mm x

12.5mm Carriage Bolts (BA) and four (4) M5 Centerlock Nuts (BB).

Line up a Bench Leg Pivot (AG) piece with the left side of the

bench seat frame. Secure to frame with four (4) 5mm x 12.5mm Carriage Bolts (BA) and four (4) Centerlock Nuts (BB).

Lay a Bench (AB) top-side down, with curved side pointing away from you. Lay Bench Frame inside the

Bench and line up holes. Repeat for all three benches.
Fasten the Bench Frame to the Bench with six (6) 1/4” x 1/2” Screws (RA).

Attach Bench to Table
(Repeat Steps 6a and 6b for all 3 Benches)
Insert a Bench assembly into the table leg. Ensure the bench is

fully inserted into the leg.
Note: Ensure that the holes line-up with the pilot holes in the Bench.

Insert a Cotter Key (BD) through the two holes in the leg of the bench to help prevent the bench from

pulling out of the Table Leg.

If the Umbrella Hole Plug is not already installed, snap it into the hole at the center of the table.

• Surface may be hot if left in sun. • Do not place a direct heat source on or near the surface unless using a heat barrier • Do not stand on table or benches. • Do not sit on table • Do not tip table on edge or bench may fall and cause injury • Lift table by the tabletop • Do not lift table by the benches • Failure to comply with these warnings could result in serious personal injury

Cleaning and Care
The polyethylene tabletop and benches are stain- and solvent-resistant. To clean, use a mild soap and a soft­bristled brush. Abrasive cleaning materials may scratch the plastic and are not recommended. Repair scratches or rust spots on the metal frame by sanding the affected area lightly; using a rust-preventative spray primer; and
nally, spraying with a high-gloss spray enamel paint. Avoid placing a direct heat source on or near the table
surface unless using a heat barrier.

10-YEAR LIMITED FACTORY WARRANTY
LIFETIME PRODUCTS, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS TO WARRANTY CLAIMS IF
PARTS ARE UNAVAILABLE OR OBSOLETE.
1. Lifetime Picnic Tables are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or
workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of original retail purchase. The word “defects” is dened as
imperfections that impair the use of the product. Defects resulting from misuse, abuse or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover defects due to alteration or accident. This warranty does not cover damage caused by vandalism, rusting, “acts of nature” or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer.
2. This warranty is nontransferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of defective product. If the product is defective within the terms of this warranty, Lifetime Products, Inc. will repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the purchaser. Shipping charges to and from the factory are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. This warranty does not cover scratching, scufng or other cosmetic damage that may result from normal
use of the product. In addition, defects resulting from intentional damage, negligence or unreasonable use will void this warranty.
4. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. While every attempt is made to embody the highest degree of safety in all products, freedom from injury cannot be guaranteed. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from the use of this product. All merchandise is sold on this condition, and no representative of the company may waive or change this policy.
5. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability
or tness for use. Neither Lifetime Products, Inc. nor any representative assumes any other liability in connection
with this product.
ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SALES RECEIPT.
