• Read all instructions before using this heater!
• This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, DO NOT let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
If provided, use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as
furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (36") from the front of the heater, and keep them away from the sides and rear.
• Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used.
• DO NOT operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions,
has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard heater, or call a certified technician
for examination and or/repair.
• DO NOT run power cord under carpeting. DO NOT cover power cord with throw rugs,
runners, or similar coverings. DO NOT route power cord under furniture or appliances.
Arrange power cord away from traffic area, and where it will not be tripped over.
• Connect to properly grounded outlets ONLY.
• DO NOT insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening,
as this may cause electric shock, fire, or damage the heater.
• To prevent a possible fire, DO NOT block air intakes or exhaust in any manner.
Doing so could cause a fire. DO NOT use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings
may become blocked.
• A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside.DO NOT use it in areas where
gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
• Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended
by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
• ALWAYS plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. NEVER use with an
extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
• DO NOT place the heater near a bed because objects such as pillows or blankets
can fall off the bed and be ignited by the heater.
• NEVER use this heater in bathrooms, laundry rooms, or any other location where the
heater could fall into a bathtub or pool, become damp, or come in contact with water.
• AVOID FIRE! Regularly inspect all air vents to make sure they are free from dust, lint,
or other blockage. Unplug the unit and clean with a va cu u m ONLY. DO NOT rinse or get wet.
• NEVER hang this unit on a wall directly below an electrical outlet.
• NEVER permanently install in a recessed area of the wall. This may result in
blocked air flow, overheating, or fire.

• NEVER plug this heater into an outlet that is old, cracked, or has any loose wires or
connections. Plugging this heater into a faulty outlet could result in electric arcing within
the outlet that could cause the outlet to overheat or catch fire.
• A LWAYS check your heater cord and plug connections with each use!
i) Make sure the plug fits tight in the outlet! Faulty wall outlet connections or loose plugs
can cause the outlet to overheat.
ii) Heaters draw more current than small appliances. Overheating may occur even if it has
not occurred with the use of other appliances.

iv) If the outlet or faceplate isHOT,discontinue use immediatelyand have a qualified
electrician inspect and/or replace the faulty outlets.
• The power cord supplied with the heater has
three prongs: two flat blades (live and neutral)
and one round pin (ground). If a 3-slot receptacle
is not available, an adapter MUST be used.
The adapter MUST be properly grounded
to the outlet box (see figure at right).

PREPARATION

This product includes GLASS ! ALWAYS use extreme caution when handling glass.
Failure to do so could result in personal injury or property damage.
· Remove all parts and hardware from the carton and place them on a clean, soft,
and dry surface.

Make sure all parts are dry, and the power cord and plug are not damaged.
See IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION on pages 2 and 3.
· Compare the contents with the parts list to make sure nothing is missing.
· Dispose of all packaging materials properly.

INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY

ALWAYS make sure the unit is unplugged before beginning assembly! NEVER move or
clean the heater while it is plugged in.

STEP 2:
Locate the wall studs using an electronic stud nder.
If three studs is available, use stud as center and drill 2 holes on either side of stud
(each hole should be 16” apart from another).
STEP 2a:If two studs are available, drill 1 hole in each using 1/4” drill bit. Drill third and
nal hole in between the two studs.
STEP 2b: If only 1 stud is available, use stud as center and drill 2 holes on either side of stud(each hole should be 13.4” apart from another).
STEP 3: With a hammer, tap the Drywall Anchors(C) carefully into the hole(s) until they are ush
with the drywall surface. Use care to avoid damaging the drywall with the hammer.

AVOID INJURY and DAMAGE! Wood Screws(B) should be screwed directly

into wall studs when possible.
STEP 4: Align the holes in the Wall Bracket(E) with the pilot holes and Drywall Anchors(C).
Thread three Wood Screws(B) and Metal Washers (J) through the holes in the wall
bracket and directly into the wall studs and Drywall Anchors(C). Make sure the Wall
Bracket(E) is level. Tighten all screws securely with a screwdriver.

NOTE: WE RECOMMEND THAT TWO CAPABLE ADULTS PERFORM THIS PROCEDURE.
STEP 5: With the help of a capable adult, lift the Fireplace(A) and align the two hooks on the back of the replace with the slots on the Wall Bracket(E). Carefully set the hooks into the slots.
STEP 5a: Secure the replace to the Wall Bracket(E) with two M4x8 Metal Screws(D), one on
each side. Thread the Metal Screws (D) through the replace and into the Wall Bracket(E)
side tabs. Tighten both screws with a screwdriver.

CONTROL PANEL FUNCTIONS
When the heat function is used for the rst time, a slight odor may be present.
NOTICE
This is normal and should not occur again unless the heater is not used for an
extended period of time.

The fan will continue to blow to allow heater to cool down, and
then turns off. NOTE: The Heat Enabling Switch (on the back
of the unit) must be ON for the Heater function to operate.
Heater must be ON either LOW or HIGH heat for the
thermostat function to operate. The heat output is controlled by the Thermostat Control Knob. Set the Thermostat Control
Knob to the maximum position initially. When the room reaches
the desired temperature, reduce the setting by slowly turning
the thermostat knob, counterclockwise until the heater will click
and turn off. The heater will then maintain the room temperature
at the desired level. NOTE: The Heat Enabling Switch (on the
back of the unit) must be ON for the Heater function
to operate.
Press ON. Power turns ON. All functions are enabled. Press
OFF. Power, ame effect, and all functions turn off.

CLEANING
Metal:
• Dust using a brush or lint-free cloth, slightly dampened with a citrus oil-based product.

Glass:
• Spray glass cleaner onto soft cloth (NOT directly on to glass).
Dry thoroughly with a paper towel or lint-free cloth.
• NEVER use abrasive cleansers or any cleaner that could scratch the surface.
Plastic:
• Wipe with a slightly damp cloth and a mild solution of dish soap and warm water.

The manufacturer warrants this heater against defects in materials and workmanship on functional
parts, for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. Your sales receipt showing the date
of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase. Keep it in a safe place for future reference. This
warranty is subject to personal use only, commercial or rental applications will not be covered.
This product is made with the highest quality materials and is warranted to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. This limited warranty applies to products
manufactured or distributed by the manufacturer, are delivered in the continental United States or
Canada and extends to the original purchaser, or gift recipient. This warranty becomes valid at the
time of purchase and terminates either by the specified time frame listed above and/or owner transfer.
Any refunds or monetary compensations must be claimed through the place of purchase (retailer), and
not through the manufacturer. Any extended warranties (warranties that cover above and beyond this
manufacturer warranty) that are sold through a retailer or third party, are not directly correlated with
this products’ limited warranty, and may be redirected to said retailer or third party for coverage.
This warranty extends through the manufacturer of the product, and covers functional parts only.
Cosmetics are not covered, unless unequivocally determined it is a workmanship defect. Shipping
damage should be addressed with the shipping company, retailer, or place of purchase, not the
manufacturer unless the manufacturer was the direct shipper.
The manufacturer’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be limited to furnishing the original
purchaser replacement parts for units deemed repairable by the supplier’s warranty department.
The purchaser is responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned, if desired. The purchaser is
responsible to prepay any shipping charges (both ways) including, but not limited to taxes and duties. All
exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of manufacturer.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change manufacturers of replacement parts or products for
use, in order to cover any existing warranty.
The purchaser may be asked to provide the supplier with proof of purchase documents (including the
date of purchase) if requested. Any evidence of alteration, erasing, or forgery of proof of purchase
documents will be just cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products, in which the serial number has
been defaced or removed are not eligible for warranty coverage.
This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, fabrication, misuse, abuse, or
repairs, alteration by non-manufacturer authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case
beyond the control of the manufacturer. Examples of warranty invalidation may also include, but are
not limited to:
• Use of lacquer or paints in (and around) the heaters
• Use on extension cords/timers/surge protectors/GFCI
• Outdoor applications
• Normal wear/tear/weathering
• Pet/consumer accidents
• Purchases from dealers unauthorized by the manufacturer (Authorization in writing)
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any loss due to use (or misuse) of the heater or other incidental
or consequential costs, expense or damages without irrefutable foundations. Under no circumstances
shall the manufacturer or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage
to any property, however arising. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal of the applicable
