Recording Greetings for Auto Attendant (AA)
1. From the main set press T rans/Pgm and then “06”.
2. Enter system greeting number (001-100).
3. Follow voice prompts.
4. Press # to begin recording and press “Hold/Save” when you’re done.
Notes:
The CST should inform you what each system greeting number has been assigned for. For example,
the day greeting might be set up as 001 and the night greeting might be set as 002.
It is a good idea to leave a couple seconds of “dead air” at the end of the greetings. This will give the
caller an extra few seconds to make their selection from the AA before the call is routed to the
attendant.
