La présente garantie est due gratuitement en France métropolit aine
pour tout vice ou défaut de conception, matériel ou d’assembla ge,

non exclus ci-après, survenant dans un délai d’un (1) an à compter
de la date d’achat du produit par le premier utilisateur nal. Elle

donne lieu, au choix de LG, à réparation ou à remplacement du bien
endommagé et ne donne droit à aucune indemnité en nature ou en

espèce. La responsabilité de LG se limite aux coûts de réparation

et/ou de remplacement, à l’exclusion de frais d’expédition et

d’enlèvement.
Ne sont pas couverts par la garantie : l’adéquation à une n
particulière, l’usure ou le vieillissement normal du prod uit, les pièc es

jetables ou consommables, les dommages liés à une utilisation
du produit non conforme aux prescriptions du fabricant, à une
utilisation anormale ou à toute intervention effectuée par tou te
personne non agrée par LG et les produits dont le numéro de série a
été enlevé ou rendu illisible.
Si votre produit devait nécessiter un dépannage sous garantie,

renvoyez-le au plus vite au revendeur chez qui il a été acheté ou

contactez immédiatement par courrier ou par téléphone votre c entre

facture d’achat sera exigée comme justicatif de garantie.

frei von Material- oder Verarbeitungsfehlern sind. Maßgabe fü r die

Fehlerfreiheit ist der Stand der Technik vergleichbarer Pr odukte zum

Zeitpunkt des Inverkehrbringens. Die Garantie ndet Anwendung

auf alle in den oben genannten Bereichen von der LG Electronics

Deutschland GmbH in den Handel gebrachten LG Consumer-Produ kte

(„LG Produkt“).

Wird das LG Produkt außerhalb Deutschlands verbracht, einge setzt

oder entsteht dort ein Fehler im Sinne dieser Garantie, kann e ine
eventuelle Garantieleistung nur in Deutschland erbrach t werden.
Es besteht kein Rechtsanspruch auf eine Garantieleistung im
Ausland für Produkte, die von der LG Electronics Deutschlan d
GmbH in den Verkehr gebracht wurden. Die mögliche Erbringu ng

einer Garantieleistung außerhalb Deutschlands oblieg t der

jeweils zuständigen LG Niederlassung und deren nationaler
Garantieregelung.
Die Garantie beschränkt nicht die gesetzlichen
Sachmängelhaftungsansprüche und stellt bei Durchführung von
Garantiearbeiten keine Anerkennung von Sachmängeln dar.
