Charge the G Watch R
Before using the G Watch R for the fi rst time, you should charge the
battery. Use the charging cradle provided with the G Watch R to charge
the device’s battery.

Charge the G Watch R
Cautions to be taken regarding the corrosion of charging
terminals
Exposing to sweat or other foreign material during the use of the product
may cause corrosion at the terminals while charging it.
To prevent this, wipe the product with a cloth before charging.
Cautions before wearing the leather strap
• Before wearing the leather strap, please bend it back and forth a few
times. This will help you feel more comfortable when wearing it.
• It might cause the unintended allergic on skin abuts to the watch
according to user's skin condition.

Turn the G Watch R On/Off
Turning the G Watch R on
To turn on the G Watch R, press and hold the Power
button (on the right hand side of the device) for 2
seconds.
NOTE:
Connect the charging cradle to a power outlet and place the
G Watch R on it. The device will turn on automatically.
Turning the G Watch R off
1. To turn the G Watch R off, press and hold the Power button, and then
tap Power off.

Before Pairing
Install the Android Wear application on your mobile device and connect
your G Watch R to the device using a Bluetooth connection.
Before pairing, please do the following on the smartphone/tablet.
1. Make sure that the Android version on your smartphone/tablet is
Android 4.3 or higher and supports Bluetooth®.
• To find out whether your smartphone or tablet supports Android
Wear, visit http://g.co/WearCheck from your smartphone/tablet.
• If your smartphone/tablet is not Android 4.3, or later, please check
with your manufacturer for a possible software update.
2. Make sure your smartphone/tablet is next to your watch.

4. Check that the following apps are installed/up to date on your
smartphone/tablet:
Google Play services app version 5.0.89 or above.
Google Search app version 3.6.14 or above.
Android Wear app version 1.0.1 or above.
5. If you’re pairing your watch for the fi rst time, make sure your
smartphone/tablet is connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi. You need
a data connection to complete setup. You should also keep the watch
connected to power during setup.

Final Check
• Please make sure you have installed the Android Wear
smartphone/tablet.
• Depending on the network condition, the setup process might take
over 20 minutes.
NOTES:
• Do not display non-moving images for an extended period. This may
cause image burn-in or stains on the screen.
• Applications that display the same screen for more than 10 minutes
are not recommended because the potential screen damage is not
covered under the warranty.

Confi guring Your Settings After Pairing
for the Best G Watch R Experience.
To have the best G Watch R experience, you need to turn on Google
Now, Location, and Contact recognition on the smartphone/tablet.
• Google Now for information when you need it without searching. For
example, see today’s weather, check your flight status, and find out if
there’s traffic on the way to work.
• Location for navigation, local suggestions (like restaurants and traffic),
and more.
• Contact recognition to call, text, or email contacts.
• Illustrations may differ from those you see on actual device.
• Some features, specification and service may vary by region, device,
service provider and software version.

Wearing the G Watch R Wea
Heart Rate Sensor
Wear the G Watch R on your wrist correctly before
measuring the heart rate. Loose fi tting or too much
movement may cause inaccurate measurements.
NOTES:
• Never look directly at the heart rate sensor light as this may damage
your eyesight.
• When heart rate readings are inaccurate, retake your heart rate
measurements by putting your watch on the inside of one of your
wrists.

Wearing the G Watch R
Connecting to another mobile device
To connect your G Watch R to another device, you must reset the
G Watch R to erase all your data from its memory.
Reset device
If the watch isn’t working properly, reset your device.
This setting resets your G Watch R’s settings to their factory default
values and deletes all of your data.
1. From the Settings screen, tap Reset device. You are prompted to
confi rm that you want to reset your G Watch R’s settings.
2. Tap the check mark.
• G Watch R connects to one mobile device at a time.
• Resetting erases all data from your device’s memory. Then it is ready
to connect to another mobile device.

Tips for using Bluetooth
• When connecting your product to other mobile devices, the devices
must be positioned close to each other. If not, it may cause abnormal
operation or noise, depending on the use environment.
• In an open space, the Bluetooth communication range usually spans
approximately 33 feet(10m). This range may vary depending on the
use environment.
• Do not place obstacles between your product and connected devices.
Outgoing/incoming signal can weaken due to user's body, walls, corners
or obstacles. Use where there is no obstacle.

el Botón de encendido (ubicado al lado derecho del
dispositivo) durante 2 segundos.
NOTA:
Conecte la base de carga a un tomacorriente y coloque el G
Watch R en ella. El dispositivo se encenderá automáticamente.

1. Para apagar el G Watch R, mantenga presionado el Botón de encendido
y luego toque Apagar.

Para tener la mejor experiencia del G Watch R, debe activar Google
Now, Ubicación y Reconocimiento de contactos en su teléfono
inteligente o tablet.
• Google Now para obtener información cuando la necesita sin buscar.
Por ejemplo, vea el clima de hoy, verifi que el estado de su vuelo y vea si
hay tránsito en el camino a su trabajo.
• Ubicación para la navegación, sugerencias locales (como restaurantes
y tránsito) y más.
• Reconocimiento de contactos para llamar, enviar mensajes de texto o
correos electrónicos a sus contactos.

Sensor de frecuencia cardíaca
Use el G Watch R en su muñeca correctamente antes
de medir la frecuencia cardíaca. Si queda suelto o si se
mueve mucho puede provocar una medición inexacta.
NOTAS:
• Nunca mire directamente la luz del sensor de frecuencia cardíaca, ya
que puede dañar su visión.
• Cuando la cifra de frecuencia cardíaca es inexacta, tome mediciones
de frecuencia cardíaca poniendo su reloj en el interior de una de sus
muñecas.

Uso del G Watch R
Conexión a otro dispositivo móvil
Para conectar su G Watch R a otro dispositivo, debe reiniciar el G Watch R
para borrar sus datos de la memoria.
Restablecimiento del dispositivo
Si el reloj no funciona correctamente, restablezca su dispositivo.
Este ajuste restablece los ajustes del G Watch R a sus valores
predeterminados de fábrica y borra todos sus datos.
1. En la pantalla Ajustes, toque Restablecer dispositivo. Se le pedirá que
confi rme que desea restablecer los ajustes de su G Watch R.
2. Toque la marca de verifi cación.
• G Watch R se conecta solamente con un dispositivo móvil a la vez.
• El restablecimiento borra todos los datos de la memoria del
dispositivo. Así estará listo para conectarse a otro dispositivo móvil.

Consejos para usar Bluetooth
• Al conectar su producto a otros dispositivos móviles, los dispositivos
