-Convection Roast is great for large, tender cuts of meat because heat circulates evenly around all sides for thorough cooking.

-Healthier Roast Convection foods are cooked slowly at a lower temperature to melt away fat, then cooked at high heat briefly for browning and carmelization. The result is a healthier meal.
