1. 适用范围
本规格适用于使用LC01B板的液晶彩色电视。
2. 测试条件
无特殊要求的情况下,试验标准如下:
1) 温度: 25 ºC ± 5 ºC(77 ºF ± 9 ºF), CST: 40 ºC ± 5 ºC

1) 严格按照设定的命令进行调整,未经同意,不得随意调整。

6) 调整设备: 彩色分析仪(CA-210 or CA-110), 信号发生器
(MSPG-925L或设备), DDC调整Jig设备工厂用遥控器。

3. Main PCB 检查步骤
* APC - 手插后,执行APC
* Boot文件下载
(1) 执行ISP程序“Mstar ISP Utility”后按“Config”图标。 (2) 按下图进行设置,然后按“Auto Detect”出现“OK”确认信息。
如果显示“Error”, 检查电脑, jig和电视之间的连接
(3) “Read”图标,然后按“Read”下载文件(XXXX.bin)
(4) “Connect”图标. 如果显示 “Can’t”, 检查电脑
jig和电视之间的连接
(5) “Auto”图标后进行如下设置。 (6) “Run” (7) 下载结束后, 确认“OK” 信息。
* USB下载(*.epk文件下载)
(1) USB设备插入USB端口。 (2) 自动检测USB设备中的更新文件。
- 如果USB设备中的更新文件版本过低, 不进行更新。如 果是高版本文件,则自动检测USB数据。

1. 使用USB设备下载程序后, 电视机将自动重启。

情形2 : 总组的功能检查
1. 当电视机进入总组后, 首先按“In-stop”键。
2. “Power on”键开机。
-> 如果按“Power on”, 电视机将自行更新频道信息。
3. 功能检查结束后, “In-stop” 键。

(6) 开启电视机后,检查更新后的版本和Tool option
(参考tool option内容的第二页)
* 如果下载的版本高于电视机上的版本, 电视机将丢失所有频
道数据。在这种情况下,你必须重新搜台。如果所有频道信 息都被清除了,你没有在生产线进行DTV/ATV测试
* 下载结束后,再次进行Tool Option调整。
(1) ‘ADJ’ 键进入‘EZ ADJUST’模式。 (2) 选择‘Tool Option(1~5)’后按‘OK’ or
(3) 修改号码 (每个型号都有自己的号码)
(4) 修正Tool option结束。
3.1. ADC 进程
* 因为ADC使用TV内部信号,所以不需要连接RGB(D-sub)线。
‘ADJ’ 键进入‘EZ ADJUST’模式。
选择“6. ADC Calibration”‘OK’ 键进入‘ADC
Calibration’模式。
<注意> 按 ‘POWER ON’或‘P-ONLY’
键开启电视机。

4. 总组进程
4.1. 调整准备
· W/B 设备条件 CA210 : CH 9, 测试信号: 内部信号(85IRE)
· 内部信号下加热5分钟以上( “POWER ON”“P-ONLY”
 开机)
* 测试工具的连接图示
(自动控制开启) 控制W/B时使用内部信号连接至自动控制器或开启调整用遥控器
-> 进入白平衡模式,信号出现。
* 自动控制界面和说明
1) 调整灯光的位置不变(亮度低于10 lux).
2) 将彩色分析仪(CA210)放在距离module小于10cm的地方,
保证Module的表面与彩色分析的表面垂直。(80° ~ 100°)
3) 老化时间
- 开始老化后,保持电源开启(电源供应无延迟)并加热15
钟以上。
- 使用‘no signal’‘full white pattern’或其它信号,检查背光 开。
自动调整图(RS-232C)
** 注意 **
色温: 冷色,自然色,暖色。 保持R Gain/G Gain/ B Gain中的一个为0xC0调整其它两个 低于C0
(如果R/G/B Gain全部为C0, Module为全动态范围)
* 使用工厂遥控器进行手动白平衡调整
“ADJ”键进入‘EZ ADJUST’ 模式
“6.White Balance”下按 “ ”键进入白平衡。

- 所有调整都结束后,按 “IN START”键对Tool option值和BOM
中的Tool option值进行对比,如果相同,则断开AC线。如果不 相同,则按照BOM中的数据进行修改,然后断开AC线。使工厂

4.5. V-COM调整
(只有M+S型号使用LGD module)
- 为什么需要进行Vcom调整?
A Vcom (正常电压)是液态晶体操作的参考电压。
-> 液态晶体用于通过结构改变极性
- 调整顺序(方法1)
· ‘PIP’键。
· 如果在默认值下有闪烁,调整直到无闪烁,
‘OK’键保存。
· ‘Exit’键退出。
- 调整顺序(方法2)
· “ADJ”键进入‘EZ ADJUST’模式。
· 选择并进入‘12. V-Com’ 模式。
· 如果在默认值下有闪烁,调整直到无闪烁,按‘OK’键保存。
· ‘Exit’键退出。
4.6. Outgoing 条件配置
- 按‘IN-STOP’键, 开始in-stop进程 进程结束后,电视机将自动关闭。 (闪烁时请勿关闭AC电源)
