Leviton combines occupancy and vacancy sensing technology with “Guide Light” functionality in its new designer
Decora occupancy sensor wall switch with LED NightLight
to present a clean, attractive wall switch device for
added safety and energy savings. An internal photocell
measures the level of ambient light present in the space
to prompt the NightLight to automatically illuminate and
provide a comfortable, low level of light to help guide
occupants without activating the overhead lighting.
The sensor uses passive infrared (PIR) technology to
detect motion from a heat-emitting source within its
field-of-view to automatically switch lights ON and OFF
(OSSNL) or manually switch lights ON and automatically switch lights OFF (OSS10). In both models, the

a preset time delay elapses.
