Beta, designed by Paolo Franzin, plays with the nuances of its light source. Its simple stack of decorated glass
forms reads as a beautiful off-white when turned off, but becomes a display of beautiful fading sand colors
when illuminated. The result is something in between a functional lamp and a light sculpture.
