- Legs of door leaf frame in straight design (15-30 mm) for subsequent covering of the leaf
or in folded design (13 mm) for decorative HPL

- Window with clear opening of max. 600 x 750 mm (square) or Ø 500 mm (round)
and window frame 60 mm x 3 mm in ground stainless steel, K240 or polished 3D/2R

- Cable transition for supplying electrical components installed in the door leaf, such as electric panic
locks or motorized locks for access control

- Folding lever handle with handle shell recessed into the door leaf, only possible on one side, in
ground stainless steel, K240 or polished 3D/2R

- Hose flap with clear dimensions in accordance with valid SOLAS regulations (150 x 150 mm)

- 3x Simonswerk VX7729/100 (straight) or VX7749/100 (cranked) door hinges in stainless steel,
surface brushed K240 or 3D/2R polished, hinge length 100 mm or
3x Simonswerk TECTUS 526 3D each in concealed or recessed (8 mm above blade surface)
version for subsequent covering of the slope side with max. 12 mm coating

- Magnetic proximity switch type Bernstein MA08

- Door leaf with Athmer Schall-ex L15/30 drop-down seal

• For installation on steel or aluminum bulkheads using welded or screw connections

• Made of 5 mm sheet steel with 60 mm leg width and 60 mm screw depth (max. 120 x 120 mm)

• Surface powder-primed in RAL 9016

• Flush striking plate in brushed stainless steel K240 (optionally in polished 3D/2R)

• Door seal in various colors:

> Door leaf

• Special leaf construction from Calcium silicate and two internal sound layers, covered both sides with
industrial HPL Resopal 105/60 (RAL 9010) to protect the leaf construction.

Optionally additionally with HPL according to specification (only IMO-certified!) or with
decorative sheet or lacquered sheet in RAL or NCS color according to specification

• Leaf thickness ~52 mm when covered with decorative HPL or decorative sheet/lacquered sheet

• Internal door closer type Dorma ITS96 EN3-6 with gray closer arm.

Other surface finishes, lacquered or polished (blanc nickel) are optionally available.

• LETHE-72/65-PZ lock, backset 65 mm, 235 mm faceplate with “LETHE” imprint and crank latch in brushed

stainless steel K240 (optionally in polished 3D/2R)

• Perforation in the door leaf for lever handle and profile cylinder (PZ).

Lever handles, rosettes or escutcheons and locking cylinders are always optional

• Athmer Schall-ex L15/30 drop-down seal optionally available

Max. cladding weight not to exceed 15 kg/m² or 30 kg/leaf
